I ordered a mattress topper

I ordered a mattress topper on what looked to be a professional site.
No delivery, they have taken the money but no customer service either.
They will not respond to my emails the only one received was confirmation of order and delivery date.
This Company are really the worst!
Their product made in Bangladesh is not stockec in the UK.

Happy Customer

I have just received Two Pillow Protectors made by this company from Temu and i can't praise them enough for the way they are made. The material is nice and thick not cheap looking a really good zip, they don't smell like they have been in a warehouse and the packaging was thick clear plastic and all the details of the item on card, couldn't get better than that.

Ordered 400 thread sheets (2) got 200…

Ordered 400 thread sheets (2) got 200 thread told to send them back which we did tracked delivery received next day signed for. Over 2 weeks ago, I have sent them proof that someone signed for the delivery. They are now saying that they are waiting for their return.
Three times I have sent the copies that Royal Mail delivered them. Still waiting for our money to be returned. Would not advise anyone to use this company
Looks like a cowboy outfit. I live in hope that they have the decency to refund our money.

Ordered Mid Blue flat sheet

Ordered Mid Blue flat sheet - pale blue delivered which I agreed to keep with 30% discount. As I needed the mid blue for a craft project I re- ordered. They sent the same colour (pale blue). I have complained via Amazon but have not had a good response from seller. Won’t order from them again

I ordered a 100%cotton double…

I ordered a 100%cotton double quiltcover in colour ‚royal blue’ from OnBuy at a price of 27.99 Pounds Sterling. The quiltcover was to come from ‚Amigozone‘. I received it today and it was made of 50%cotton/50%polyester. The colour does not resemble ‚royal blue‘ at all. The colour is not identified on the wrapping but it is definitely a dark navy. Polyester/cotton quiltcovers are cheaper than the ones made of pure cotton, so the company has done me out of money.
I have tried to contact OnBuy about this matter all afternoon. If you bought your item as a guest (as I did) you are supposed to request a link which gets you to your orders. I have requested such a link umpteen times this afternoon and never received an e-mail with a link from OnBuy. (And yes, OnBuy staff, I have checked umpteen times whether my e-mail address is correct and I have looked umpteen times in my spam folder to see whether it has ended up in there). OnBuy are sending me round in circles and I am unable to request the refund that I deserve! If I am not given the opportunity to return the item to get my money back, OnBuy and ‚AmigoZone’ will have jointly DEFRAUDED me.

Additional entry, Saturday, 25.April 2025:

I finally got my money back on by the middle of April. To achieve this, I had to give up my ‚guest‘ status with OnBuy and register with them as a customer. They put me in touch with ‚Amigozone‘. I had to send ‚Amigozone’ photos of the article and ask for the correct return address which was not volunteered. On 14.3.25 ‚Amigozone’ offered me a 20% discount instead of a refund if I kept the item. I declined. The tracked return cost me 3.95. The item was received by ‚Amigozone‘ on 24.3.25 (so the tracking informaion). Thereafter, I waited and waited to receive a notice that a refund would be issued. On 11.4 25 I complained about this and sent them the full tracking information (tracking number, the date when I sent the parcel and the date when they should have received it). It was only after that, on 12. April that they processed a full refund which took a few days to come into my account (which is normal).

In summary: I waited from 8.3.25 (when I contacted OnBuy about the problem) till 15.4.25 (about 5 weeks!) to get my money back for an item that was not as ordered. I will never use ‚Amigozone‘ again and intend to end my registration with OnBuy, too.

Nil points. I ordered bedding and it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm on a certain date. According to the delivery app it wasn't even "out for delivery". I queried delivery and I was told it had been misplaced but they would send it by expedited delivery the next day. That date came and went. They then said the order had been misplaced (again) and that I would receive my bedding within two days. Guess what !!!! Nothing! I am now awaiting a refund.

Nil stars actually. They lied and said they delivered it yesterday, 24th Jan 2024. The V pillow I ordered was going to be a gift for a friend of mine who was in a lot of pain. Stay away from this company. They are Scammers.

If I could give zero stars I would, wrong mattress toppers sent, they said they'd send correct one with a returns label,never came, then apologised said sent and delivered,I asked for tracking number, they sent the " original" tracking number, offered full refund if not received in 48 hours. Never arrived, then offered 40% refund. Now saying sent replacement AGAIN.absolute atrocious service,it will not arrive they lie....AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not use this company

Not all items delivered, it took another 10 days until all items arrived.
The items I ordered were dog beds.
The dog beds have already worn through.
The quality of the products are horrendous.
I’m trying to get my refund but I am being completely ignored

Absolute shambles of a company bought 2…

Absolute shambles of a company bought 2 x 10cm mattress toppers off onbuy and was from this company they was 3cm asked for a replacement they said they had sent replacement and tried to say it had been lost in transit the tracking details show it never left there company they now asking for the inadequate toppers they sent to be picked up without a refund they then asked me to give them 24 hours to rectify it I'm still waiting 72 hours later they then give me tracking details for someone else's order anything to try and stall me I've still got no refund and stuck with 2 mattress toppers I wouldn't even let my dogs sleep on seriously avoid avoid avoid

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL .....STAY CLEAR!!!!!…

Absolutely rubbish...supposed to be 10cm hotel quality mattress topper. Was about 2cm even when left to 'fluff open ' their words.....the edges of the filling had obvious been burnt instead of sharp blade cut so very rough coming through.
NO CUSTOMER CARE WHATSOEVER....
Ended up giving to dogs home for bedding..they cut into smaller pieces and sent me photos of the rubbish nasty filling...even had wood splinters in it.
Have reported to trading standards.
WILL NOW NEVER USE ON BUY AGAIN EITHER.
STAY WELL CLEAR DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Poor Customer Service TZ6W5D

Cancelled order shortly after purchase as recognised ordered wrong depth of topper. Company acknowledged but still.picked and dispatched and now expects myself to cover costs for returning goods. Very poor communications and not proffesional, would advise not to use due to this poor customer experience.
