I had worked with Amgen's Safety Net Foundation for years and was very grateful for their assistance. When I recently called simply 'Amgen', the representative answered with a cash voucher offer. When I asked what they would do with my personal data, the person immediately hung up. What is a medical corporation doing scamming for people's data? Very disturbing.
Prescribed Rapatha injections. Two enclosed in an order. One of the pens was defective and did not work. Needed a replacement for next injection in 2 weeks. Two weeks came and went, no replacement sent. On the phone for hours trying to resolve. RN was ruthless and cold saying it would be shipped by UPS whenever they get there, not in time for my next shot! I was upset, so she chided me and threatened to hang up on me! I am going to ask my doctor if there are other alternatives so that I will not have to use this company or their products ever again!
