It was a smooth experience. The staff, Chris, Daniel, and Alberto were extremely helpful This was my first experience buying a home and I am extremely grateful.

Communication was very good, however understanding and a more precise time line when money would hit your account along with how and who would be helpful.

My agent Gregory Verre I feel was very helpful with my situation and Shamane Thomas was also very helpful in getting me across the finish line and refinancing my house.

The process was very easy. Calie my loan officer, worked with me to get the right product for what I needed. She did not try to oversell me, which I appreciate Stacy, the processor was very good as well.
All in all, it was a good experience it moved along quickly. I received my wire transfer as planned on Monday the 21st and then the checks for the accounts I was paying off, a ride by FedEx by mid afternoon. This enabled me to get everything together and sent out to my creditors by Wednesday. I would recommend Calie & Stacy. Having been in the mortgage business myself many years ago I was pleased I received clear & reasonable instructions that were easy to follow. Which allowed me to get the information they needed in a very short time.

Going through the experience, looking back kind of high-pressure in the intensity was to make a commission, lotta false promises and lies that I’m not appreciating
I know they’re all recruited recorded phone calls so the evidence is in the past calls. I expected more.

It just took so long to get through the process.
