On arrival he always lets us know what exactly hes in to do and advises when plants need replaced which is always done on the next visit.High level of customer service.

I was delighted to manage a weekend installation whilst the office was clear of staff. John, our installer, was fabulous - extremely nice, professional and absolutely knew his craft.

Ambius provided yet another excellent install yesterday to our offices in Maidenhead. John and Josh HW showed their enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism the moment they arrived and throughout. They were also very accommodating of an over eager client excited to handle the new plants! We highly recommend Ambius and both John and Josh in particular, to provide you with a wonderful green environment.

Initial contact, meeting and receipt of proposal was timely. The Ambius rep listened to our requirements. Having placed the order it took over 2 months for the plants to be installed which is too long and communication was poor. We understand that plants need to be grown and pots ordered but once order was placed, the rep was hard to contact. The plant installation went smoothly (21/10/2025) and the plants have brightened up and improved the working environment.

Very professional service from Ambius. Engineer Neil Scott is a credit to the company and is very polite knowledgeable and hard working when on site.

The team are all very helpful, from providing quotes quickly, responding to queries and to servicing of the plants. Ben visits us monthly to tend to all the plants and is a joy to have in the office. In addition the company's sustainable options are a real plus and of real importance to our business.

We would like to say a big thank you to Dan as he is always very professional, courteous and considerate and very informative about the plants, and care they need. Dan takes pride and joy in his work and always has a smile on his face.

Our technician Vicki in Birmingham is fantastic. Friendly, accommodating and a trusted, knowledgeable expert.
We consider her a valued extension of our Facilities team!

Our company entered a 3 year agreement with Ambius to supply and water our plants. We decided the service wasn't for us after 3 years. We declined purchasing the plants from them for £1200 but we were then told it would be £1400 if they took the plants back. Absolutely extortionate. Granted the 'cost to remove from site' is included in the terms, but it doesn't give any indication as to how much that will be. One would've assumed the cost of the removal van & labour instead of the made up cost they slap you with at the end. We even offered to use our own removal team to drop them off where required but that was not permitted - because they know that will cost a fraction of what they are charging us.

Edit: I appreciate your reply but could you supply an e-mail address to contact? The only contact details I have are for our account manager who is insisting on the charges.
