When there was confusion on when I would receive my wig,I reached out and got Emily. Emily was great! She followed up with me through every step of the way. I received my wig in a very timely matter and was very happy with the customer service from Emily. I will order from them again.

I love the hair it’s soft and has true length
The curls are popping. The gift bag is truly worth it. Also I like the fact that Emily response to whatever issue or question. I will definitely order again.

I recently purchased a 13×4 curly wig from Amanda Hair and overall, I am satisfied with the quality. The hair is soft, looks natural, and was well packaged. Shipping was fairly quick, and communication was decent. The wig itself is pretty, easy to style, and holds curls well.

However, my only disappointment is that I did not receive the 300 density that I paid for. The hair is noticeably thinner than expected, which was a letdown since I specifically ordered higher density for a fuller look. Aside from that issue, the hair quality is good.

If Amanda Hair improves accuracy with order details and ensures customers receive the correct density, they would be an excellent company. I would consider ordering again, but only if this issue is corrected in the future.

This is my 4th time ordering from Amanda hair, My 1st wig was a 30" curly that i ordered in 2023! And to this day it looks amazing! Curls are soft and i still get complimented.... i emailed them to update my latest wig order and they did so swiftly & my wig has now been dispatched! Thank you Emily!!!! I cannot wait to recieve my latest wig :) i know it will be tea 😍

I love my wig, it’s absolutely gorgeous. But I wanted to give myself a bit of time before making this comment, because right now I feel like I’m losing a bit of hair. I think it’s normal since I curl it all the time. I think that’s where my mistake is.

Do not purchase from this company! The wig I received is darker than the one I purchased and they are refusing to refund my money. They started by trying to claim it was a custom order. But, I had simply purchased one of their stock wigs. The emails have become condescending too. The customer service is very bad.

Made my 4th purchase! Hair is true to density! Curls are fabulous! No shedding! Cant wait to purchase more!

This is only a customer service review with Emily. I had emailed to cancel order and the response was fast and she convinced me not to cancel and stated they’d get this out fast. Emily was bet ready to correspond with over the matter. Will do further reviews on the delivery as well as hair and quality.

So disappointing! I ordered a colored wig, 22 inches, 250 density. I had been contemplating this particular wig for months and finally decided to pull the trigger. When the wig finally arrived, I knew immediately it was nothing like the picture nor what I had selected in density and length. I reached out to customer service immediately. They asked for pictures. I shared photos with hair stretched next to measuring tape, which indicated 15 inches! 15 inches, kid you not! They responded and said the hair looked fine to them and once it’s washed & straightened, it’ll be 22 inches. Additionally, the were unable to accept the return because the hair was “custom colored”. What I ordered was chocolate brown with #30 highlights. Very conservative and classy. What I received had 613 highlights and 180 density at most. I went back & forth for days to return the hair and the they refused. Currently disputing with the bank. Never again!

Ordered two wigs and they came in a reasonable time. Being the wigs have to be customized and etc and shipping from china it’s expected to take some time to come! I am pleased with that. However I haven’t taken them out to wear so once I do I’ll update my review. But customer service is excellent. They kept me updated about my order once it shipped. I used PayPal so they always give correct tracking information! Thanks fingers crossed I love these wigs as I am a new customer and wig influencer I’ll give update review also on TikTok 🖤

Both of my wigs came exactly as I ordered and pictured with a delivery in 6 days!!! Thank you I will be a forever customer if it is always this way!!! 1st time customer ordered directly from their site!

I ordered a 300 density 28 inches the length was good the density was looking like 250 but other than that the hair is very nice it was indeed glueless and ready to wear and it feels very nice with a bit of shedding l. Shipping was very fast

I order 3 wigs on Dec 6th as a christmas gift to someone and needed to travel with, i contacted customer service immediatly to explain the situation and they assured me it would be delivered before christmas, i waited and kept emailing them to pls cancel the order as no delivery update sent yet they kept promising until 22nd of Dec and the items havent arrived, i kept on pleading with them that i need this wig to travel before christmas and if it arrives later it will no longer be of use and no one will be available to pick it up because my entire family is traveling, first they told i should request a refund once i receive it then the story started changing when i told them it might get lost because no one is at home. The order was then delivered on Dec 29th night but i was lucky to find it when i return from vacation on Jan 23rd. Since then i have been emailing them to send return instruction and its been from one story to the other now they are .saying the order doesn't qualify for a refund. They are forcing me to take wigs that are no longer needed. Today i opened the wig and its all not worth it , it is sooo fake, the quality is zero. Pls run from this company , delivery took 23days and customer services are scam

In contrast to other complaints, I received my hair pretty quickly, about a week’s time. The hair itself though; she’s a cute unit (I got the viral glueless loose wave hair) BUT I’m ngl, she was not giving 200% density. I had to add some bundles to get the desired fullness. The wig is true to length, and I do believe it’s a good beginner friendly wig, she’s soft and easy to manage. But, the overall look of the wig was not as advertised.

I ordered a 200 density wig, what they sent me was clearly not that. When I emailed them, they refused to accept my return, offered me a $25.00 voucher, which I declined then they completely stopped responding. I’m getting my bank involved and getting my money back by any means. This company is fraudulent. Avoid them at all costs.
