My winter shoes order has arrived yesterday. I was so disappointed when i open it because i received a damage shoe. So i cannot use them. I want my money back but I don't have time to send the shoes back. I will never order on this online store again.
Hi! I did order my product beginning of the summer from the Alvobutik. It took over a moth to receive it which was not notified when I placed the order. When I did receive it it did not work properly. I have Benn in contact with the customer service many times since I received my shipment trying to get proper instructions how to use my product. They are asking me to google it or looking it up on Youtube. The customer service has n o idea how its suppose to work or being used. it is really frustrating. I still do not know 2 months + after I placed the order and paid for this product if it works or not. My guess is it is damaged (maybe during shipment) and I will never find out since there are no proper instructions available anywhere.
