I would give them zero stars if possible. I suspect they are a scam website. I placed an order in November 2025, was billed and did not receive the merchandise. They changed the order status multiple times but it never shipped. They also did not reply to my multiple attempts for an update. Only order from them if you want to throw your money away.
The payment for my order was processed in September and I contacted them in December after not receiving it. I was told that the item was out for shipping and that I would get a 50% refund if I supplied the order number. Problem is I was never given an email with an order number so I could not provide that information. I let them know that in a reply and have not heard back. I also have not gotten the item and it is now February. I contacted them again through their website and have not heard back.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I ordered 2 hoodies on Dec 1, 2025 its is now Jan 20, 2026 !!! I have yet to get my order. They don’t respond to email and they don’t give you a tracking number
If I could give 0 stars I would, this company is fraudulent. I ordered two hoodies in October and never received any updates or shipping info for several weeks. Whenever I reached out they had a customer service representative repeatedly telling me they were backed up and needed more time. Find out that they immediately attached a fake tracking number and marked the item as “delivered” with no actual history of the item being in transit. File a dispute claim and get your money back.
Ordered end of Nov. Money was taken out of account but no tracking number. Mid December I sent a follow-up note and was told order was ready to ship and I would receive a tracking number soon. Still nothing. Finally sent a e-mail canceling order and requesting money back. That was 12 days ago and haven't received any response. Don't waste your money
