As safety standards within the industry have increased, so we have increased the quality of all our product designs to match:- The DIY tower incorporates welded frames, quick locking braces and advanced guard railing – with options for height adjustable base plates or height adjustable castor wheels. All of these are new innovations in the DIY market and are made to the same high standards used in our other (trade) ranges. For our TUV GS marked trade tower the focus is strongly on keeping weight to a minimum whilst maintaining rigidity, strength and safety. The trade tower also offers substantially greater working height capacity (9.65m) than any other tower in its class. On our industrial tower (TUV GS marked) we have made installation even easier by redesigning and reducing the weight of the toe board, to further enhance a product that has already been sold in its thousands across the UK. The company and product definitely deserve five stars. However, the third-party delivery service merits a lower score. Unfortunately, the wooden platform and base unit arrived with damages incurred during transit, which were not immediately visible upon unloading. If you can't inspect everything right away, including fitting the wheels, be cautious before signing off, as damage might be present. It would have been wise to inquire about the signing process when ordering. On a positive note, the company was extremely accommodating and efficient in resolving any issues.

If you dont get chance to unwrap and check (including inserting wheels) - don't assume there wont be damage and sign accordingly - I should have asked how to sign for when placing the order. Company very helpful in sorting all things out.

Don’t buy. Use another company. This one is Hong Kong registered with scant understanding or regard for UK consumer law, even when advised by the Citizens Advice Bureau. Used terms and conditions likely to be considered unfair and unreasonable by the Competitions and Markets Authority.

Just to confirm, we are, and always have been, a UK registered company based in Cambridgeshire.
Sorry that you still feel this way even though we replaced both of the frames that were damaged in transit free of charge, although, as we discussed on multiple occasions, as the second damage was reported in days after the original delivery we were bound by our courier's terms and conditions so we were unable to charge the delivery cost back to them.

Communication from the company was above and beyond excellent , my emails were responded to within an hour and if not it was a phone call.The quality of the tower scaffolding is of a high quality and easy to put together to the desired working height. Excellent next day delivery as advertised.
