Tower arrived on time and all ready to go.

purchased a S/Hand BPS home tower, quite alot of it, had been left out in the weather for approx 4yrs, all alloy parts were fine but bolts and some wing nuts rusted badly, bolts easy to replace but not red wing nuts, could not find any reference to nuts or securing clips on bps site, the only place i could see them was on this site, purchased what i initially needed, which were delivered very quickly, well packed, price reasonable, wing nuts are identical where the securing clips are superior in my opinion, will require some more once I get round to cleaning up the remaining parts for use in my garden, many thanks, A+++

The tower I initially wanted was not in stock. I was offered an alternative and had to pay the difference. The payment systems worked as you would expect and the tower arrived next day as promised. Erecting and using the tower is easy and I felt safe and confident doing so. Overall a satisfactory experience.

A few years I bought a tower from this company; at that time you could only buy the kits. Recently a couple of parts got damaged so I was pleased to find that replacement parts are now available. I ordered what I needed and the following day they arrived. My only slight criticism concerns the delivery as I had no information from DK as to when they might arrive and I wanted to be here to take delivery. I was busy in the morning but fortunately back home when they arrived around 14:30. Still, some sort of eta, even if it was only morning or afternoon would have been welcome.
