I had a very good experience dealing with Kings Business. Although I dealt with a few different members of the team it was Adam Dellarmi that agreed my deal and ultimately helped it to complete. Would 100% recommend their services.

I want to reassert that everything I said is true and accurate. This company are amateurs, and the buyer that they did 'introduce' to me was someone I already knew. They used Bruce and Co (after being ignored by them on at least two occasions) to get the particulars. They could have simply called me and saved me many thousands of pounds. Everything about the sales pitch, the ineptitude of the staff and particulars ( they were indeed written for two owners previous to me!!) and the lack of response to prospective buyers is absolutely true. I can prove all of it. And again - READ THE T'S & C'S. They are designed to lock you into a personal debt that you cannot avoid, and they are heavy with the legal threats. You have been warned!

I bought my first business with Kings and would highly recommend as they were very helpful with all the questions I had and supported me throughout the sale.

Helpful staff who knew about the businesses they sold. Useful insights to their properties and can guide you to finding the right business.

Sophie was lovely however it is very expensive for the service that they are providing compared to other agencies. We were in a rush and were urgent therefore we chose Kings, not actually realising the fees we were going to be needing to pay in the end. Other than this factor (which is a big factor), the service, especially Sophie was very nice and responded to emails and calls frequently. King's just wants your money by the end of the day. It does the job.

We have been very satisfied with the speed in which our care home has been marketed and a buyer found, Redwoods have kept us up to date all the way along the journey and were pleased to say the sale is to be finalised in the next few weeks which is very fast as we only went on the market in early sept last year ...thank you especially to Frank Orr .....
