Horrible company
The company canceled our account, provided no way of contacting them, then insisted we paid for "back charges" on the account months later (months that were not used). 0 stars for this group if we could. Avoid!
Looks like most of the reviews on here are not "real" customers...

Scam artists! Avoid…
This company are like scam artist blood suckers, high pressure sales tactics and con artists. Avoid them is my advise as I had a very bad previous experience with them. Its all about signing you up and once you are in you are screwed. Read the small print! Locked in and invoiced yearly then taken to court. Total con artists.

I recently worked with Altus Group (UK) Limited and was overall very pleased with their service. The team is professional, results-driven, and truly looks out for your best interests. Special thanks to Eloise for her guidance on setting up the government gateway site—it was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of time. Sana Kamat's management of our rating appeals was also highly commendable; she kept us informed with regular and professional updates. While no company is perfect, Altus Group has proven to be reliable and effective in delivering positive outcomes.

Getting an email everyday from them as…
Getting an email everyday from them as I have not responded in a couple of days. Not sure who they think they are but that has just annoyed me and caused a review. Bunch of amateurs here. Also told me I would not get charged to then receive an invoice they deleted. 100% fraudulent company. Avoid them, they will try and scam you.
Updated they are now claiming this review is for another company in an attempt to have it taken down. This is fraud as you are lying.
Legal letters are now being sent.

Review of Altus Group
I entered into a contract with Altus Group for a rate review covering a specific period of a few years. The review resulted in some savings, which I appreciated. However, they later presented an invoice for additional years, even though the contract explicitly stated the duration covered.
During this time, my father sadly passed away, and despite being aware of my personal circumstances, Altus Group pursued court action over the disputed invoice. I paid the full amount within the required time frame, yet they refused to contact the court to have the judgment removed, offering only excuses. After months of delays and frustration, I was forced to provide all the necessary information to the court myself, which ultimately led to the judgment being removed. The court criticised Altus Group for their unprofessional handling of the matter.
Upon returning to work, I reviewed all the invoices and discovered significant errors. Despite raising this issue repeatedly, it took over a year for Altus Group to acknowledge the overcharges and issue a refund. However, this has left me out of pocket for court fees and interest, which were entirely caused by their mistakes.
Their actions were not only unprofessional but also deeply insensitive, particularly given the circumstances of my father’s passing. Companies that operate in this manner should not be allowed to trade. I am now preparing a case to seek further action against them.
I strongly advise others to avoid Altus Group. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and their lack of accountability and care is unacceptable.
