Quality service .

From start with the nurse and then with specialist doctor excellent service with excellent advice. Excellent variety of medication with quick and easy delivery. Would recommend and doing my bit to educate people with outdated views.

Faultless Service

So far I am extremely impressed with Alternaleaf and their staff. Everyone I’ve spoken to online and over the phone have been absolute professionals, friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the medication and their service.

Was an incredible smooth process and was looked after from beginning to end, even when my appointment was changed on the day to an hour earlier so I unfortunately missed it; I contacted the team and was re booked in right away. Top quality service.

The Agents that helped me specifically were Caitlin, Alicja and Hayley.

So far would recommend to anyone!

Disappointing first impressions.

Update: got an email off alternaleaf recognising their mistake and they’ve therefore pushed my appointment forward.

I had my initial appointment on the 29th of May and was told I needed GP evidence confirming my diagnosis. I obtained this and uploaded it to the ORB portal on the 3rd of June.

Despite this, my 26th of June appointment was cancelled two days beforehand due to “insufficient evidence”, even though the requested documents had been uploaded for over three weeks. I was then automatically rescheduled for the 22nd of July, meaning almost three months from starting my application.

During this time, I contacted Alternaleaf multiple times and was repeatedly told my case would be urgently reviewed and that I’d receive an update the same day or the next day. Those updates never happened, leaving me to continually chase for information.

I’m already prescribed medical cannabis through another provider, so I expected the process to be much smoother. I understand the need for evidence, but once I provided everything requested promptly, I expected better communication and case management than this.

Absolute let down no support…

Absolute let down no support whatsoever. Constant delays and false promises, medication constantly changing, have had nothing but issues from second appointment, reported to appropriate authority due to being treated like a retail idiot and it a medical patient. They don’t care as long as they get paid.

I had my first follow up appointment…

I had my first follow up appointment today. It was with a pharmacist who was very nice. We discussed how my current prescription was working and as it’s working well, I received a repeat prescription. The whole process is very straightforward.

I left releaf as it was taking over one…

I left releaf as it was taking over one week to deliver my prescription and it cost £40 per month + £80 for 10g. I would have to provide a pin which was annoying if I wasn't in to receive it whereas alternaleaf use Royal Mail and only a signature is needed so my family can sign for it. Also I only have to pay £5 monthly and my prescription was £70! I ordered at 3pm and it was delivered 19hrs later. Amazing so far and I'm saving over £500 per year!
