A bit of difficulty loading heavy awkward ski bags but got done.
Need to make sure size of van is appropriate for amount and dimensions of luggage.
All good!

Previous 2 years great...this year awful. We booked, as always, private transfer from Geneva to Courchevel. Driver, at airport on time, pleasant and smart, told us we were sharing with another couple (delayed due to Iran related issues). We understood and thankfully they were very pleasant to share the 2.5 hr journey with. Updated Alps2Alps when back in UK i.e disappointed at sharing but understood and hoped they'd refund at least some of the significant premium paid for the private transfer we didn't get. Bizarrely they claimed this driver was not theirs, despite knowing all our contact details inc. our destination address...and not even asking for any payment !!! We were apparently a "no show" at Geneva and their "official" driver, who did not contact us, could not locate us ! End result...no trust in them, now concerned about security of personal details, etc, etc. Will never use again

This is a genuine review following first hand experience with this company.
Headed to Avoriaz for 4 days skiing and chose A2A for the private transfer. Reasonable costs for this service so booked it.
Upon arrival in Geneva arrivals hall one minute before the meet and greet time slot, we searched up and down but no driver holding a digital or similar name board. After 5 mins looked on app to track driver who was showing as at McDonald's so text him. After a further 20 mins still showing as McDonald's so called with no answer. 30 mins after agreed time driver calls to say he is in the hall but he wasn't. I eventually saw him come through the door in a rush as we were still on the phone. He didn't speak English and didn't acknowledge his tardiness.
The worst of our experience was on the way home. Three crashes and missed flights...
Yes the weather was heavy snow, yes there issues on the mountain road, but other companies had sent appropriate vehicles 4x4, or 2 WD equipped with snow chains. The driver had refused to fit chains as he "have to get to airport for next customer so no time". Despite pleading with him he refuses and then the 3rd crash happened. Didn't care we had very young children with us. The driver deserted us to sit with a colleague I assume in another vehicle and for over 2 hours we we left there.
We contacted the emergency support chat on the App and they were useless telling us to make other arrangements to get down the mountain. Also promised another vehicle was coming and it wasn't. This was a very dangerous position we were put in and the lack of driver safety, care and customer support was shocking. We had to pay £650 for alternative flights and travel and A2A have refused to support us. The lack of support, belief in our feedback or agreement that he should have put snow chains on is frankly appalling. I'm sure they'll reply to this just as they have us saying severe weather and drivers are trained in safety and protocols etc etc, but I ask this... Who was in the car witnessing the events unfold, who watched other transfer companies drive by looking at us whilst they had chains on wondering why we didn't. If you value safety do not use, you've been warned

Awful service from Alp2Alps on a recent ski trip to France. They were over 30 minutes late on our pick up from Chambery Airport to La Plagne and nearly 2 hours late on our return journey. Tried to contact for updates / alternative arrangements and was met with awful customer service... it took over an hour to be informed that an alternative driver was en route.... when the alternative driver arrived the vehicle was not fit for purposes to carry 8 passengers and ski / snowboard bags. The driver had 4 people across a 3 person bench seat with 2 in the back bent over with the bags across their heads to force them to fit in the vehicle, which I generally consider to be a dangerous approach.
When we did arrive at the airport, we had to run through airport security to make boarding the plane as we would have missed our flight.....
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Late, dirty, smelled of smoke, one driver picked up a booster seat from a friend on the way even though he was late.

Turned up at the airport with two infant car seats whilst we had kids aged 2 and 4. The 2 year old managed to fit in but not the older one. The company representatives then called and shouted at my husband saying two seats were provided and the rest not their problem. The driver and local personnel tried to find appropriate car seats but no luck. Spent an hour wasting our time by the airport.
From a positive point, the driver replied and waited while our flight was an hour late.
Would not recommend.

Driver was great. Tricky road conditions Condition of vehicle unacceptable. Service with alps2alps team in WhatsApp for our change in pick up was great. Condition of vehicle ruined the experience
