From the very beginning of booking the shuttle the Airport2alps customer service was amazing! They answered promptly and addressed all my questions . When we landed in Geneva our driver Ramus was already waiting for us. The car was nice, clean, stocked with water and Ramus made our ride smooth and enjoyable!

We used this company for a return transfer from Geneva to Alpe d'Huez. The trip was Wednesday to Monday, during half-term, and the quoted price was so reasonable, I cancelled my rental. The drivers both ways were really pleasant and the booking process was easy. You can use Whatsapp to communicate with the company, which is really helpful. One piece of advice if you're using a card to pay... You have the option to pay everything up front or a deposit. If you can pay the full amount, do that, because there's a charge to use a card to pay the balance later (this isn't clear). You can also pay the balance via bank transfer, but you might need to pay fees to your bank for that, especially if you're in a non-Eurozone country.

Would not advise using this company.
The took 100euro from us for the booking made for a transfer that did not go ahead.
We booked 6 months in advance. We contacted them 3 months in advance as we and had to cancel booking (due to holiday flight company changes).

Such a gem!!

I had a very stressful trip to French Alps. Started with delayed flights that made all of my busses ans potential connections impossible. All other companies were closed/insanely expensive.

I found a webpage, normal price, direct response and then I had a best experience ever with a driver - Ramus. He was friendly, professional-all you can ask for after such a stressful day!

I would just like to thank you for 2 amazing transfers. They were very comfortable and the first time we’ve travelled more than an hour from Geneva to a ski resort. We will definitely use Airport2Alps for our ski trips next year when travelling further afield. Special thanks to our driver Elvjis. Great chat and he made the journeys more enjoyable.

I would happily recommend Airport2Alps to friends and family, your service took the hassle out of the ski holiday by providing a reliable, comfortable and efficient service to get my friends and I, as well as all our luggage, from the airport to our chalet and back again. Not only was your service reliably on time but your drivers were friendly and helpful, enabling us to stop along the way for a quick shop, as well as drop rubbish at the local bins on our departure.
The whole experience was brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I booked a transfer from Lyon to Les Arcs with Airport2Alps and can recommend them strongly! Excellent response time over emails, they were able to accommodate all our additional requests, and the whole experience was very smooth. The price is very fair (cheaper than the train for 8 people, and way smoother). Also many thanks to our driver Gints!
