Booked a round-trip transfer with Alps2Alps (Geneva ↔ Tignes, 7 people, ref A2A283259). Outbound was fine. Return was a disaster.

Driver was already 30 min late, then told me he’d arrive in another 30 min — and then disappeared completely. After that, the company only started looking for alternatives ~90 minutes past the scheduled pickup, and eventually admitted they couldn’t provide a driver at all.

We ended up arriving in Geneva ~5 hours late after scrambling to find a local driver on a busy day. Ironically, that last-minute driver cost €500 and had a nicer vehicle, vs €636 quoted by Alps2Alps.

They refunded the failed leg (as expected), but offered no real compensation. Only after pushing did they offer 100eur credit for future bookings — which is meaningless given I would not use their service again.

Bottom line: if everything works, too expensive but fine. If something goes wrong, expect delays, poor communication, and no real support. I would book directly with local operators instead.

I booked a single van for 11 people, but we were provided with two smaller vehicles, forcing our group to split. More importantly, one van was significantly late for the return pickup because the driver had not secured fuel in advance. While I understand there is a diesel shortage, this should have been anticipated to ensure a timely pickup. Poor coordination and a lack of preparation made for a frustrating experience.

Excellent service all round. Competitive rates (i looked around) and very clear and reassuring communication in the lead up to the transfer. Would 100% use again.

I had the best driver from Geneva airport. Tayeb waited for me, carried my ski bag and despite his limited command over English and my almost nonexistent French, we were able to have a nice chat over the road. When we arrived, he looked for the place I was staying which was not accessible by car and again, carried my bag to the door.

Really easy and helpful private transfers from Geneva Airport to Les Arcs on our most recent ski holiday. Alps2Alps was reliable, prompt and very convenient, with WhatsApp messages informing us that our driver was on his way/ waiting for us. Would definitely use this service again, it made the travel to and from our resort so easy!

We had a great experience with Alps2Alps. The service provided was reliable and well organised with responsive communication throughout. Booking ski hire through the site was a really convenient added bonus. Prices were very competitive and all the equipment was ready for collection at the hotel ski shop, which saved a lot of time. Overall a very positive experience, great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Our car ran out of fuel 5 miles before our hotel, we were stranded on the side of the motorway and thankfully had the foresight to call our hotel who kindly picked us up. Our driver was useless and took ages to speak with someone about another van to pick us off the busy main road. WHEN WOULD THEY PROVIDE ANOTHER VAN TO COLLECT US? 1 hour, 2 hours, 3? We weren't waiting around to find out.

We were stranded on the side with a 13 month old child that we had to hold on our lap for the entire journey due to not being provided with an appropriate child seat even though ages 1-5 are specified, no 1 year old would be able to fit into the seat provided. The car was dirty and the whole experience ruined our first day, we paid for premium which we ABSOLUTELY DID NOT GET.

Customer service was terrible too, they offered us £50 refund back because we had essentially got to our hotel! How embarrassing, they think it's "not too bad" to get us 5 miles away from our hotel and left on the side of a winding main road up the alps because essentially, most of the trip is done. Maybe the bright sparks on customer service have never actually travelled to the alps, up a winding main road with cars flying by them and a crying 13 month old daughter who rightly just wants to get to her hotel - £50 is an insult! If that was my business I would have done the trip for free and given a free trip on the next time to ensure the customer goes away thinking we did everything we could to rectify the bad situation, what a good company...after all, weren't we supposed to be on holiday?
