I absolutely LOVE this company! I’ve ordered a few collars and leashes from here and the quality is amazing! I have a very large dog and the tactical collars are perfect! I’m just waiting for more collars to come out in the luxe collars with gold clasps and I will order more!
Great service and fast delivery!

Recently ordered a from here & didn’t get what I paid for , really a disappointment because I spent so much money on one collar & didn’t even get what I asked for or paid for. If it wasn’t possible to do it, it shouldn’t allow to do those modifications.

The costumer services and the online shopping is perfect, no questions here. It’s the product received that i’m a bit disappoint. It’s gonna do for now, but I was expecting a bit more better, for the price I paid.

Amazing collar, fast arrival, durability impeccable!

I reached out to customer service about a technical glitch with my order total and they didn't hesitate at all! They addressed and looked into the issue so quickly. Before I could even follow up with them and respond to their email. Customer service like that, understanding, efficient, resourceful, makes for lifetime and loyal customers! You now have one with me!

Also, the items I ordered turned out far better than I could have ever imagined or even expected. They are such great quality and design. The thorough attentiontion to detail and quality really shows. These items will definitely stand up to the test of time and to my 100LB European Doberman. They are absolutely gorgeous! Beautifully made! Stunning!

I love the new collar this is my 3rd one from this site I totally recommend!, and one other thing for being a loyal customer I feel like some stickers or something else should be included.

Customer service is fantastic, very accommodating and reached out right away regarding my order to ensure I got what I wanted. Product turned out perfect, highly recommend this company for any of your dog accessory needs.

Good products, good service

When I received my package for the first time, it was missing the leash that was included in my order. I contacted customer service, but had to follow up four separate times to ensure the leash was actually sent out. From the time I placed my order to when I finally received the complete delivery, the process took about a month. (Original order date mar 18th, it is now April 23rd and I still havent recieved my harness exchange)

I also needed to exchange the harness for a smaller size. During that process, I was informed that the size I needed was unavailable, and I would either have to wait or choose a different color.

To be fair, the product itself is of good quality. However, my overall customer service experience was far below expectations. This brand is marketed as a premium option, and the $176 price tag for a harness, leash, and patch certainly reflects that positioning. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience did not match the cost.

If you're considering this company, I would strongly recommend looking into Wilderdog instead. Alternatively, if you prefer the metal clasps used by Alpine Dog, Onepaw at Walmart offers harnesses and leashes with similar buckles at a much more affordable price.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The value for money and level of customer service simply do not meet expectations.

Great Selection and Solid Construction. We've had several people stop us and ask us about the leashes and previously bought collar. Everyone is also impressed that it's Canadian!! Ordering is smooth with no hurdles.

Great service, great products!

Great quality

Alpine products are excellent, and the staff were very patient and helpful throughout my experience. Dexter really enjoys his collars and vests, and I am particularly pleased with their leashes, which stay securely latched even when my dog shakes his head. I have now purchased approximately eight products from Alpine and plan to continue doing so. I highly recommend their products and rate their service and quality a 10 out of 10.
