Terrible customer service, no way to contact them. Cheap bands that break easily (mine did I. Less than a month) they deleted numerous posts on Facebook about this and blocked me. As others have said wish I would have read the reviews. Paid for express shipping and was sent ground almost a week after ordering. Alert from bank said charges outside of the U.S should have been a big red flag.

Do NOT buy from Alpha Gear! Incorrect data (heart rate / sleep tracking / step count etc) and website claims a 21 day battery life when it's more like 2-3. Waste of money and terrible customer service when attempting to process an exchange. Wish I'd read the reviews online and not trusted the carefully selected "good reviews" highlighted on their website.

Purchased a Delta Pro Watch from this company and it imploded after I washed my hands the first time with it on. The company support was very quick to tell me tough luck. Products are misrepresented and junk. Don’t waste your money like I did.

If I could leave a zero I would have. Garbage product. Contacted them to return and they told me I have to do so within three days. I notified them THE DAY AFTER I received it notifying them I was not satisfied and wanted to return. (Which is their con policy) but they still denied my return. Garbage product AND company. Save your money get a better watch from Walmart!

The watch is horrible. I attempted to return the watch after two or three days and was told that I could not, because I was beyond the window, but it states you have 30 days to do so. It was an 89 dollar lesson that I hope I can help someone else avoid.

I recieved a watch that was larger than described and very uncomfortable
The dials on the side were digging into my wrist
I simply asked for a refund and I was denied for these reasons
Obviously this is very frustrating

I just got the new alpha bravo xl and it will not connect to phone. I've been back and forth with customer service and they are POS!!! They wanted a video of it not working. I sent them a video. They said they wanted more video and I demanded to know why!! They said read their return policy which allows them to ask for a video. I sent another video and have yet to hear from them. I plan on making a complaint to the AG in Florida against them and file BBB complaints as well. DO NOT BUT ANY WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT ACTUALLY USA MADE WATCHES

ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESS, THAT DON'T WORK SO THEY CAN SCREW YOU WITH THE 3 DAY RETURN POLICY. SNAKES THAT DON'T CARE ONCE THEY GET YOUR $ IF THERE WAS A WAY FOR NEGATIVE STARS THEY WOULD HAVE HUNDREDS!!!!!

I would give negative stars if possible. These watches are absolute GARBAGE, and the customer service, if you can even call it that, is worthless. Basically my watch lasted just past the 30 day warranty period then sh!t the bed. Then the company said it looks like water damage, even though it was not exposed to water. When I asked for a refund or replacement they said too bad. DO NOT BUY THESE CRAP WATCHES

After reading reviews here and a few other places I decided to cancel my order. I placed an order for a watch, and after some digging found out they aren’t as advertised at all.
The reviews on the website all sound great, but everyone else says differently.
Here’s the bigger problem… good luck cancelling. You call the number for customer support on their site and it’s disconnected. I got a return message Email to the support address saying it couldn’t not be delivered. Thankfully my transaction is pending and I blocked the card used.
I wouldn’t order from this company at all! I can attest to no customer service.

I purchased an Alpha Gear Delta Smart Watch. The watch died after 30 days and would not charge. I contacted them and they said that I did not notify them in time and they were sorry and that I could purchase another one if I wanted to. I asked to speak to someone else, and they said "Sorry," and never responded. I emailed them 5 times and have received no further responses from them. I tried calling and the number is no good. The watch is a piece of crap and I wasted $100 for nothing. It is a straight rip off.

Do not trust Alpha Gear….complete scam artist. Notice that all their reviews are 5 star, and as soon as you make your purchase, they offer to pay for your review. I purchased a raptor watch from this sad excuse for a company, and within a couple daysI noticed issues. I emailed them, and got no response. So…I emailed them again, and they said I never emailed them, so I screenshot the first email and sent it to them. I have now emailed them 6 times, and they refuse to answer. The phone number goes straight to voicemail, but says it’s full and then hangs up. The company has an F rating with the BBB. If you’re looking to waste 100-160$ on a piece of junk watch, give alpha gear a try…otherwise spend it on a proven brand, and a professional company.

I bought a watch and paid the 5.90 for faster shipping 5 days later my watch is still on it's way to the post office, I tried to call two numbers one went to a full voicemail the other was disconnected. I was like I just got scammed. I called PayPal and they forced the refund. I got my money back that day.I google searched alpha gear scam. And here I am. Luckily all you good people gave this very informational review. I would just like to say it pays to use PayPal if if I h
ad used my debit I would've been still fighting.

Purchased a alpha gear raptor mens watch. it lasted five days before it fried itself. was wearing it and noticed that the watch face had become so hot you could not even touch it. from then on it would not turn on or sound not be charged. contacted support to return watch. their policy calls for a picture which i sent. They then wanted a video of a watch that won't turn on.... go figure. After sending them the video they would not even return my emails. you have to receive documentation from them with return info. That is where they got you. just refuse all emails and phone calls. What was interesting is that they said that the watch is not to even be worn in the shower. They should read their advertisement as they say that the watch is water proof and tested to a depth of 200 feet. This company is a crook. From false advertisement to fraud. I intent to continue fighting them to return item. I would never purchase anything from this company again. I gave them one star only because they had nothing lower.

Horrible company, do not trust! Ordered a watch, broke within the first week, and then took about a month to get them to respond with my request for a return and refund. They continued to ask the same questions over and over again, almost refusing to accept that their product does not work. After finally getting a return started, in which they do not pay for return shipping, they did not give the full refund. Lied about the shipping slip not being in the box, so they had to take 20% from the return. Customer service is no where to be found in this "company". It is a scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The watches software wouldn't work. Watch out for their return and support policy, I should have read that first. They are very difficult to work with and DO NOT stand behind their products.

I would not and will not buy from them again. Great advertising, terrible support, and the watch doesn't perform as advertised. Or I got a broken one and they won't support it.

I ordered my Raptor watch with upgrades and “mystery box”.
Received the watch only and two cables. The watch is not what I expected to see, poor quality.
To activate the watch you will need to download some Chinese software.
The customer service is worthless after 3 days of delivery they will not accept the return.
I lost over $100.

I ordered a raptor watch on July 5,2023. After 2 weeks the tracking still lists the watch in pre transit indicating it still has not shipped . Can’t talk to anyone. their voice mail is full and email and internet chats all go unanswered. Getting ready to call my credit card company and void my order. Would never make or recommend making a purchase from this company.

I received my watch and same day at receiving it, I realized I didn't like it.

Tried to return it just to get nkthjng but BS runaround responses from Jennifer M with Alpha gear.

Horrible company and I have filed a junction to get them closed down due to fraud and being in direct violation with their own return policy.

Do not buy their product. It is useless. My watch stopped working 18 days after use and they have a 14 day return. Customer service is awful. This company should be shut down!
