These hearing aids are more like amplifiers

I've had a problem with one of the hearing aids not working at all ,they are more of an amplifier and don't pick up on finer sounds, adjusting the volume is hit and miss,these hearing aids are nothing like hearing aids should be, so disappointed to say the least.

Would prefer not to receive packages by…

Would prefer not to receive packages by Royal Mail. Had a text my parcel would be delivered to me on Thursday. Didn’t arrive! Tracked the order and it had gone from Birmingham sorting office to Leeds. Eventually it turned up.
