Unfortunately I didn't read any reviews and ordered a Nightmare before Christmas lamp for my daughters birthday. I received an email confirming my order. Didn't hear anything from them for 2 weeks. Emailed again and they replied saying my order had been shipped. Now nothing and the website has been removed.

4 emails sent and still no reply.
"Terms of Service" says they are operating as "Ultrabeanbag" and yet again, surprise surprise, no reply.

Ordered a big beanbag for my wife's birthday as a suprise, ordered on the 22nd of August and nearly 3 weeks on 5 emails later (that is the only way to contact them) I have heard nothing £30 wasted I will be contacting my credit card to get it refunded.
