100% Scam. They take your money, you never get product. Support email account, doesn’t work.

I ordered 3 designer décor books in May and it is now July, I still have not received my order. When I check the status it says "in transit" but there is no phone number to call. It states on their website they are Vancouver based but it is tracked from China. On the "Shop" app it guides me to a China website with nothing in English. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Scam website!!

Fake scam. I ordered a jordan clock back in September and never recieved anything. 0 stars. They need to be held accountable for ripping people off.

I purchased a Tom Ford coffee table book in April and it is now June and I have not received it! Multiple emails with the 'company' saying they have sent another one. They sent me a tracking number with no link and no way for me to check it. I did not receive a receipt for proof of payment too! Very sketchy. Also, they will not allow comments or private messages on their Instagram. There is no way to contact them! Stay clear!

Scam company, please do not order. They took my money, have not shipped anything and I've been getting run around since. They have a false customer service phone #.

Horrible product received and nowhere close to what was advertised. When I contacted them I basically got told too bad and buyer beware. Very disappointing experience and I’m out the money. Lesson learned and never again.

Is zero an option? This scum bag- false advertising- Company with a phone number that is out of service and with a refund policy that only honors full priced items - when their entire webpage is sale is a fricking joke. Buyer beware- report and action these crooks- states a Vancouver company but payment is in USA and shipped from Missasauga Ont. description was for coffee table designer books and I receive 5x7 small cardboard boxes with a poor photocopied cover - absolutely crooked.

This company is crooked! Their website represents what looks like great products, but their products are not at all what they look like on their website. It took weeks to get my BAD products, they will not let me write a review on their website so I can warn others , and they will not refund. They say they are a Vancouver company, but they are a China based company. They need to be reported and banned from any sale. I sent them pictures of everything they mailed, which was damaged and broken and all they did was give you the run around. Do NOT get robbed like I did. If anyone knows how I report this company, please let me know!

Same as everyone leaving a review.. Ordered Jordan Clock then ordered a 2nd one because they offered a deal on 2nd clock..Ordered in Nov 2020 and said it was Delivered in Dec..never received the clocks that I purchased for Christmas presents!!! Paid w bank card so I’m sure they have my bank info now.. I really wish I would of researched this company before I bought anything.. I can’t believe Facebook allows them to continue to advertise and PayPal accepts payments from this company!! Sent 20 emails and text messages!! NO replies!!! I’ll pray for them because this is disgusting to take advantage of people who ordered from them for gifts .. We were all giving and this company continues to take from innocent hardworking individuals!! God have mercy on them!!!

You all need to be a bit more careful about doing business online. Clue #1.....A few items that have nothing in common for really cheap prices...it's a scam. Contact the credit card you paid with. They are mining for information and you are freely giving it to them.

Ordered a baby's rocking cradle in March still not received. Payment taken from PayPal so that's my next job. Do Not Order from these thieving scumbags. They take the money and run. Just post your cash down the nearest drain

If I could give 0 stars or below I would... Ordered a beanbag last August 2020 as a birthday present and was told it was dispatched on time, waited 8 weeks then contacted them through email to get a dispatch number or track code with no reply, another 8 weeks later I asked for a refund as I was just going to buy one from a different retailer and I've not had one email back after me attempting over 10 times to contact them through email and contact number!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, HOWEVER, I AM NOW TAKING THIS FURTHER AS NO ONE ELSE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS.

As everyone else here has said I ordered a Jordan clock back in October. Said it was delivered, never got it. Tried to email 15 times and never got a response. Don't order anything from them. It's a total scam. I wish I had been able to see this before I ordered. Stay away...

I ordered the trainer clock from this company on 2 Dec 2020 and I have still not received it . Paid £24.99 ! Tried email them but never got a reply . Do not order from these people ! It’s a scam .

Stay well clear. Ordered the Nike Jordan clock in November, message them a few later and they send me a courier link and said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. 5 months later I still haven’t received the item, nor corrspondence or my money back

Fraud website. Ordered Air Jordan clock last year 10/2020 and still waiting. I emailed no response. Tracking number fake. Total fraud company.

I ordered a Jordan sneaker clock on November 8th. It's says that it was delivered but I have not yet received. They replied to my first email saying to be patient but they have not responded to any emails after the first.
