The cut of this dress is honestly fantastic. It hugs the waist in a way that’s flattering but never tight, and the skirt flares just enough to give some movement. Even on days when I feel bloated, it still looks good. I wore it to work and got random compliments all day. It’s one of those designs that truly works for different moods and body days.

Dress with defect, have to pay to get it replaced
I bought three dresses during the Black Friday deal (buy 2, get 3). At first, everything seemed great — the order arrived quickly and the dresses looked fine. All three were the same size, but one didn’t fit and another had a design that just wasn’t flattering. I decided to return those two and paid 26 euros to ship them back to the warehouse. I was aware of the return cost since it was clearly stated on their website.
However, the third dress turned out to have a defect in the top part — one side was sticking up due to a manufacturing error. Since the first two returns were because of my own preferences, I accepted the return fee. But the third one was clearly not my fault. Despite this, Almond Muse still wants me to pay for another return shipment just to get a replacement for the defective dress.
I cannot believe they sent me a faulty product and now expect me to pay what amounts to one-third of the dress’s cost just to replace their mistake. After 12 emails back and forth, they now claim I should use my store credit of 63 euros — credit I only got after returning the other dresses AND paying 26 euros for that return — to cover the cost of replacing the defective item. In other words, they are telling me I will pay 139 + 26 = 165 euros just to get that ONE dress that is not broken.
This is unacceptable. I do not recommend shopping here.

Cheapest possible fabric
I ordered a dress using my store credit - from the time when the dress was horrible, but they offered the store credit if I return it. Well, this time it was horrible as well, cheapest fabric possible that is see through. If I would pay 5 EUR for it, it would be fine, but when it costs above 100 EUR it's disastrous and sad. What this company do different is to close the store and never sell anything again - less scam, better society. Maybe for americans it's ok, but we europeans have our quality standards. DO NOT BUY.

Absolute SCAM!! The cheapest material I have ever received, it has nothing to do with the dress shown on the homepage! Even the videos are fake! I had to pay CHF 30.00 to return a dress that cost CHF 85.00 to the address they sent me by email, and the parcel was returned to me!! Now they want me to send it to another address and pay another CHF 30.00 — an absolute joke! Don’t make the same mistake I did, absolute SCAM!!!
