Complete Scam, Do not purchase

Everything about my experience with this website was a nightmare. I placed my order on March 9th. It then sat in mystery transit for a full month before it ever actually got tracking information. Every email inquiry I sent was met with insincere, generic, consolatory phrases that never actually gave any answers and only insisted that "There's nothing we can do because your order is in transit :)"
Fast forward to when the dresses actually arrive. They don't fit (shocking), and in order to return them I have to pay for my own shipping label, a processing fee for them to take it back, and all of that just to get store credit instead of getting my money back because they were "on sale."
Save yourself, do not trust this website or it's clothing. The dresses were cheap polyester and didn't match what any of the influencers said to begin with (also shocking).

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever. I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this company. A complete fraud scammers I will definitely report them to credit bureau. I have made a purchase the beginning of April I received a fake tracking number that doesn’t exist. I emailed the carrier that they claim that will deliver the package tracking number doesn’t exist. I have been calling emailing every week no change on the tracking number. I want my money back. I have 3 weddings coming up thought the advertisement for the dresses I ordered was amazing and placed an order right away. This company has to be reported and shut down immediately complete scam. Every time I call customer service they tell me the package should be delivered soon even if there’s no update with the tracking number. Please don’t not order from Almonds Muse they are a complete fraud scammers and I hope this company shuts down immediately.

I am leaving this review to share my…

I am leaving this review to share my experience and warn others.

I placed an order and paid 499 RON (approximately $100+ USD). The product I received did not match the pictures shown on the website at all.

I decided to return the item, and I had to cover the return shipping myself, which cost me around 60 RON (approximately $13 USD). I returned the product expecting a proper refund.

Instead, I was given store credit of only $18.72, which is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the amount I paid. At this point, they have both the product and my money.

I have already contacted the company via email and clearly stated that they have until April 24 to resolve this situation. If no proper solution is provided by then, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank.

Given the lack of transparency and fairness so far, I do not expect a response or resolution, which is why I am taking further steps.

I strongly advise others to be cautious. In my experience, this website is misleading and does not handle customer issues appropriately.

I’ve contacted customer service 5 times and keep getting told they’ll “check and get back to me,” but they never do.

Their own policy says lack of tracking updates after 4 days should be escalated and this hasn’t happened.

Very poor communication and no resolution. Over a month without tracking updates is ridiculous

SCAM

I tried to exchange the dress I ordered for a bigger size. First they did not reply for weeks to my emails about how to return the item. Then I had to pay for the shipping to return the dress. Then I was told the original shipping to send me the dress would be deducted from the refund I would get. And I could only get a store credit, not a real refund. The store credit I got was $18.72 for a dress I had paid €89 and €21 in shipping costs for. They are scammers. I have contacted my bank for assistance. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Update 15 april:
Since I cannot reply to the reply almond muse wrote. I will reply here. I had already sent an email to your customer service about contacting my bank for assistance. I have also not received a reply to that email. Your customer service knows my case. They just won't solve the problem. Hence why I have contacted my bank. This is a scam.

It’s been a month and the shipping…

It’s been a month and the shipping update has never changed from “LABEL CREATED.” This brand and website are a scam. They need to be shut down!

They replied to this review, but they’ve yet to reply to my email. Shipping should not be an issue, I have since ordered from a trusted brand whose items also ship from China and it took all of 2 days from date ordered. Nothing has changed, nothing has been addressed, nothing has been fixed. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Report them to the FBI Internet Crime and Google Safe Browsing so they can be removed.
