Very much lacking in customer service

I was not receiving any emails letting me know about the next beauty box and the different selections I could make on color/scent of products that would be inside the box. I called to let them know this and to see if I could make my selection on two of the items inside the March box that you could choose a different color and scent for. I was told by the representative that the March box had been sent out already, but once I received it I could call back and ask for a replacement. The representative also said she would put that in a note in my account. Only one item was not what I would have selected when I received the box. I called to ask for a replacement and was told that they couldn't send a replacement to me. So frustrating to have gone through both calls and be told opposite things. They never offered anything in order to make up for what obviously was a brush off on the first call I made.

Poor costumer service & unfair resolution

I’ve been a loyal Allure Beauty Box subscriber for over a year, but my recent experience has completely broken my trust. I received a defective Sunday Riley B3 Nice Serum (discolored, with an unusual odor, clearly spoiled). I immediately reported the issue and provided photos, but every response came from a different representative who hadn’t read the prior emails.

Instead of a fair solution, I was offered unrelated replacement items (like a blush or hair mask), a 4 mL sample, or a $15 gift card that doesn’t even cover shipping costs. None of these reflect the actual value of the full-size serum I paid for.

When customers receive defective products, it is the company’s responsibility to replace them with something comparable or issue a refund. Blaming “policy timelines” or offering unusable credits is not acceptable.

This was my first time ever contacting customer service, and the experience has been frustrating, dismissive, and unhelpful. Sadly, I will not be renewing my subscription.

Consumers deserve better.

Love at first try

At december it was my first try to subscribe allure box and can openly say that I loved this box at first sight. There were products I wanted to buy and products I wanted to test. Thank you the allure team to bright up my December mood 🙌🏻
