Great products and superb service advisors

After trying several brands out there and being locked into a contract with a competitor I tried Brilliant Scents and have to say they by far are the best. The scents are superior and much stringer than the other brand out there. I will continue buying all my scents form them.

Nice Scents But Better Options Out There

They have some nice scents and some are definitely stronger/last longer than others, but we do notice quite a fall off of smell after the first week so in order to keep a scent level, we constantly have to adjust the settings. The prices of the scents have also gone up about 10-20% in the past year and I'm barely getting 3 weeks out of a 500ml bottle running the machine 8 hours a day. Shipping is also $10 unless you order over $200.

The machine has never completely worked properly and continues to have minor issues, but communication is sparse if at all and while they talk about their warranty, they seem to avoid you when trying to have it replaced and won't follow up unless you big them or post a review. I posted a review elsewhere and got a response on the review, but when I followed up directly, I have since been ignored.

My recommendation is go somewhere else since all of these machines are virtually the same and frangrance prices are similar. All other HVAC diffusers also come with an app which Brilliant Scents do not and seem to have better customer service.

My experience with Brilliant Scents has been great.

My experience with Brilliant Scents has been nothing short of excellent. I initially wanted to leave them a glowing review on Google, but quickly noticed they’re already rated very highly across most platforms. However, I saw that their Trustpilot profile didn’t have many recent positive reviews—so I felt it was important to share mine here.

From start to finish, the Brilliant Scents team has been amazing. I’m new to home scenting and originally went with a less expensive company I found through a Facebook ad. Unfortunately, that decision didn’t pan out well—the diffuser I received from the other company underperformed, the scents were disappointing, and the shipping took forever. Worst of all, I was stuck with an expensive piece of equipment that didn’t deliver.

That’s when I started doing more research and came across Brilliant Scents. I called their team three separate times—not just to make sure I could speak with a real human being, but also to get help choosing the right scents based on my preferences. Their support and patience blew me away.

Fast forward five months—I’m now a very happy customer. I’ve purchased two more diffusers: one for my entire home and another for my daughter’s college dorm. The setup was simple, the fragrance quality is incredible, and the support continues to be top-tier.

Brilliant Scents truly lives up to the hype. They’ve earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their space with premium, reliable scenting solutions.

My experience with Brillant Scents was…

My experience with Brillant Scents was disappointing. Unfortunately, the products caused more of a headache than they were worth—literally and figuratively. To make matters worse, the customer service representative I interacted with did not enhance the experience or reflect the level of care and professionalism I expected from the company.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this in hopes that it reaches someone in leadership who is willing to make the necessary improvements. Accountability, empathy, and a commitment to excellence should be the standard. Sadly, that was not my experience, and for that reason, I cannot recommend this company.

Very great selection of fragrance…

Very great selection of fragrance oils.. I purchased a diffuser from another store but have been using Brilliant Scents for over 6 months now for fragrances. The wide array of scents to choose from really has me happy and coming back to always try the next best one. They are definitely speedy on their shipping as well. Very good guys!

I ordered a LX 3000 V2 for my fitness…

I ordered a LX 3000 V2 for my fitness franchise. They shipped me the incorrect one a LX 5000 a representative from the company called me to see if this mix up was ok and I did agree to the "upgrade" as they told me. I hired an electrician to install the diffuser on to my drop ceiling when he went to power it on it was dead. I emailed the company and they were responsive and walked me through some problem solving things. None worked. I sent a picture of the inside of the machine it had clearly been dropped all components where is disarray. I communicated this to the company and they sent me a label to send the non working machine back. I promptly mailed it back the next business day. I asked them if they needed all components as some were already mounted or just the non working machine the company said just the non working machine would be fine. Brilliant Scents then refused to mail me a replacement saying the company needed to inspect the non working machine and stropped communicating with me. I am out almost a 1000 dollars with no replacement machine being sent my way.

Bottom line, 5-Star product.

I wanted to wait a while to see how the product worked over time. It has been 10 months since I purchased the LX 500 cylinder for my home. I live in a 2 story 3300 sq ft, 80 yr old renovated farmhouse. The product itself is stellar. There are options on how to (time wise) introduce the scents into your air space. Quite honestly, it’s just trial and error as to which mode is best for your personal experience. The product does travel into most rooms downstairs where the cylinder is placed. It travels up the stairs but only lightly. It was more than I expected though. The scent I chose was a chestnut spice which was my favorite. Problem is I can’t seem to locate that flavor anywhere on their site now which is disappointing, but perhaps I’m the only person who liked it. The scents are not cheap but they are good quality and clean without being offensive. That’s a must for me. I just got 3 new scents I’m going to try last week so I’m looking forward to finding a replacement. Bottom line, it’s a 5-star product although I’ll miss that chestnut spice.

Really an excellent experience!

I wanted to take a moment to share my honest feedback on Brilliant Scents. After using another company for 5 years, my experience with them became a complete disaster over the last 2 years. I won't name names, but they were truly terrible.

Fast forward to Brilliant Scents—one day, I came across a random social media ad that caught my eye. It featured a system similar to the one I owned but branded under Brilliant Scents. Curious and cautious (given my recent bad experience), I decided to learn more. I was relieved to discover that Brilliant Scents was not affiliated with the company I was trying to escape from.

When I called Brilliant Scents, I immediately got through to a representative (unlike the other company that had zero phone support). The rep I spoke with was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable right away. However, I was still hesitant due to my recent ordeal, so I started small by ordering a bottle of Costa Del Sol—their version of my favorite scent.

Here's my review after 5 months as a customer:

1. Exceptional Customer Service: Top of the line—I've never experienced better.

2. Costa Del Sol: This scent smells even better than My Way (which hints at the company I was leaving). It’s truly superior.

3. Fast and Luxurious Delivery: I ordered on Tuesday, and my oil arrived on Thursday in fabulous, luxurious packaging (and I’m someone who really appreciates good packaging!).

4. Expanding My Collection: I was so impressed that I ordered another diffuser for my mother-in-law and now purchase all my oils from Brilliant Scents. I've even recommended them to friends and family.

After noticing only a couple of reviews here, despite all the 5-star reviews on other platforms, I felt compelled to share my experience. As a very satisfied (and picky) customer, I can confidently say that I'll be using Brilliant Scents for the long haul!

Don't waste your money

I see why they only give you 14 days to return. It takes you longer than that to figure out how to set it up. And the App doesn't work at all if your wifi is 5g. I purchased the 1200 sq version, not cheap, and it barely scents one room at the high level. After I looked closer at the reviews, they all look fake (less than 5 words). Hopefully I'm still within the credit card dispute date. DON'T waste your money.

Careful - don’t believe the positive reviews

I have to say I have never dealt with such rude "customer service" before in my whole life. I called multiple times and left two voicemails over four days in the hopes that I could get the red light on my machine fixed. In an attempt to catch their attention I emailed them and stated that I need help, or I would have to dispute it with my credit card company (which I could, but I was really saying that in the hopes someone would email me or call me back).
When they finally did, the first thing this rude guy says is,
"I got your email, sorry it took me two hours to call you back, before you dispute your charge". He then went on to say "we are a company of only six people everyone was on the phone. I bet you didn't read the user manual or watch the videos either did you"?! To which I said, "I don't know why you are being so incredibly rude, and yes I did watch your videos and read your 'PAMPHLET' which is all the instructions with the machine". Only then did the guy proceed to help me. Dude! Do not go with them for any products. Worst "customer service" ever! And guess what it's not my or anyone else's problem that you
"only have 6 reps", I didn't know your company size, and even if I did…..still NOT my problem! And it wasn't one call over two hours it was multiple calls two voicemails and an email. Don't be so quick to believe positive reviews like I initially did.
