Suspected fake shoes
They sent me what I believe to be a fake pair of shoes.
I purchased shoes from here. I also had purchased another pair of the same shoes elsewhere from asos but the size was too big so it was being returned. ASOS ran out of the size I wanted to I purchased from here. The shoes arrived and were much different to the asos ones. I trust asos more. All soles colour was off, the printed logo on the sole was untidy and badly spaced compared to the asos. All very suspicious and I believe them to be fake.
I wanted to return them, so far they do not want to cover the return postage and put me out of pocket for something that is their fault.

DO NOT ORDER STILL NO REFUND from december
All sole told me I would recieve a refund for my orders after they sent me the wrong size shoe twice (size 6 & size 3 even though I ordered size 8 both times) on two separate accounts cause I had someone re order for me when they sent the wrong size I had sent back my package & it was confirmed as recieved & I would be contacted about my refund on 28th May. I then had to message the all sole team on my account to chase up the refund & was told it was an error on their behalf & they are reprocessing my refund which I should recieve in 3-5 working days this was 4th July it is now July 20th & still no refund do not order from here they send you the wrong size intentionally (that’s why there’s never a confirmation of the shoe size you ordered on your invoice, just the confirmation of the name & picture of the shoe so they can try & tell you they sent you the size you ordered & have you going back & forth trying to explain that it wouldn’t make sense as a size 8 to order a size 5 & size 3 shoe & they don’t listen until you complain) & then take months to give you back your own money

Impossible to return the shoes
Impossible to return the shoes, the system for returns just spools and the customer ‘chat’ is laughable.
I would warn anyone off ordering from this company in case you need to make a return.

I returned faulty shoes over two weeks ago, but the company has yet to issue a refund. I’ve been told the return was “lost in the warehouse” I expected better handling and communication for a return involving a defective product.

Amazingly comfortable sandals and Great customer service
Amazingly comfortable sandals, something I've been wanting for a while and so glad I did.
Customer service was brilliant, ordered at 11pm and still got them the next day!!
Was kept up to date on delivery via emails.
