As misfoutune would have it I planed a 2 week driving vacation with my dogs last summer. Unfortunately one of my dogs would run out of a Rx he needs daily. I contacted AllVet and asked for an earlier shipment and explained my dilema. After the person contacted my veterinarian I was contacted and told my request is approved. The early shipment has arrived and my dogs and I are ready to go on our driving vacation.

It's really easy to get my prescriptions refilled every month. They keep me up-to-date with the progress of the refills when they require approvals, which is helpful (they even let me know my dog needed to go in for her yearly exam before the doctor could refill her prescription).

Ease of purchase and fairly priced

I had a problem with delivery on my last autoship delivery. Customer service did a great job of getting a replacement shipment to me in a very timely manner. Even after the original order arrived, they told me to just keep it...no charge.

Long Time Customer. I have been ordering with Allivet for a long time. I am a business. It helps me make packages for my clients to use some products from this company. They need to ship with more padding. But, they fix the problem asap. Thank you for always picking up the phone and helping me when there are any issues. They are also easy to negotiate with if you buy something a lot, call them and ask for their best pricing. Don't forget, if they offer free shipping, it isn't free, they do pay it out of their pocket.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. My veterinarian sent 3 prescriptions to them on February 25, 2026 for my dog. They received and acknowledged the order and gave it an order number stating it was in process to be completed. This was all sent to me in a email. I did not receive the medications so I called customer service on March 10, 2026 to check the status of the order. I was told that the order number that I read to them right off the email copy did not exist and that there were no open orders on my account. I gave them the name of the Lead Pharmacy Technician that sent the email and they claimed it must have been sent in error and no order existed, but I could place an order at that time to be processed. Since my dogs condition had gotten worse I chose to order from another online service because I could not rely on them to ship the medications. They sent the email with their logo on it, with an order number and a technicians name on it and claimed it didn't exist. Don't waste your time and your pets health on them!

This place is a scam. Would not recommend. It was a complete hassle trying to fill my pet's prescription. I sent my prescription 2 day priority shipping for expedited shipping since they did not accept fax prescriptions. They took over a week to acknowledge the prescription was received. According to the tracking number, the prescription was received a week earlier. I called them multiple times to check on the status of my order. Customer service did not help me and kept saying they have not received the prescription. The money you would save does not cover the hassle and complete incompetence of their prescription processing.

First person I talked to didn't have a clue how to help me. 2nd person confirmed that. Still don know if I got right info

I like a business that is easy to deal with and Alivet is one of those. They are genuinely concerned about my dog's health in making sure he gets the correct medication.
