Great price but ….,

Great price but I changed the date of auto-ship well in advance and still was sent the order. Customer service would do nothing to make it right.

I love Allivet

I love Allivet. They strive to offer the cheapest price for drugs for pets—which is very helpful!!
A prescription is required but Allivet offers various ways to satisfy this requirement.

Be mindful of price increase

When I first was trying to find the most affordable medications (simparica trio and apoquel), this company was the one that stood out I believe it was because it was the cheapest when you first order with them, which was nice! I like that they send out emails a few days before shipping the medications. However, the one thing I did not like was that some medications increase in price (when you’re on autoship) and you get no warning until you get an email showing that you have an upcoming order and it shows the cost. I believe they should send out an email when they first are notified that the prices are increasing. I understand it’s the manufacturers and not them but it would help out a lot because even though it’s a dollar or whatever amount it does add up. Overall though when I address my concerns with a representative they did work with me and I was satisfied. I will purchase again but I will pay attention to the pricing

2 months feeding me with lies

2 months feeding me with lies, people no english, no knowledge, lie,lie, lie. Avoid at any cost. Charge ur card and never ship tbe order .
Can not ship finesteride and doxycyclin!

Would order again but pay attention to intro offers

Happy update: A very nice customer service rep reached out to address the interaction I previously wrote about. They apologized for the lack of customer service & explained why the price increased. I had gotten an introductory 30% off my first autoship but the following shipments only had a 5% discount. I did not realize that. They also offered to change my shipments to monthly for me & provide a refund for the $43. Very much appreciated the time they took to make the situation better.
*previous post: I was signed up for autopay at a certain price for initial purchase then upon second shipment the price went up $43. As soon as I got the notification via email about the auto charge to my account I reached out to customer service to see if either I could change the purchase to a one month supply which would be best for my budget or just a refund all together - mind you the medication had not even been shipped - the charge hadn't even cleared my bank yet & they refused to accommodate my suggestions. Terrible customer service & while I do need the medication for my pet, I absolutely will not ever purchase anything else from this company.

DONT SHOP ALLIVET SELLS EXPIRED MEDICINES

Per Allivet's comment below: They are going to review my account? Exactly what does that mean; and they are "going to reach out to me shortly" Dont bother me Allivet. You know you f'd up big time; and Allivet will soon be contacted by my attorney. SHAME ON ALLIVET FOR SELLING EXPIRED MEDICINES.
Allivet sold me expired meds for my cat. My cat drooled and vomited after taking the meds BECAUSE ALLIVET SOLD ME EXPIRED MEDS. When I called Allivet to complain; they said I had to wait 24 hours for them to escalate my complaint. They said this AFTER they received photos of the EXPIRED PACKAGES OF MEDICINES they had sold me. DONT SHOP AT ALLIVET.

It should not take ***89*** emails…

It should not take ***89*** emails back and forth over two months (from March 31 to May 27) to get any company to ship an order. Completely aggravating experience and horrible customer service. I will never again purchase anything from Allivet.com.
