Good job all round
Very friendly and helpfull staff. I had both air conditioning and a heat pump supplied. The staff were knowledgable and fully explained all the different setups I could fit. Thet advised me on what system suited my particular circumstances and then supplied what I requested. The air con was fitted quickly. Good job all round.

Excellent AC Installation.
Throughout the experience I have found all of the team at Alligator very friendly and professional.
During the survey the guys explained all of the options available on the unit I was interested in and also offered alternative units. The Customer Service Manager contacted us before the installation date to confirm everything was still convenient, he also called on the day of Installation to check everything was going to well with the team. When the Engineer (Roger) arrived on the day to fit the unit, he explained how he was going to complete the install and before he started work all the floors were covered with dust sheets and protectors. Roger proceeded with the installation and throughout the day he was polite and friendly and allowed us to carry on working from home by keeping the noise down to a minimum. Upon completion he thoroughly cleaned up the area inside and out, and removed all waste. He then went on to explain how the unit worked and demonstrated the functionality.
I received a follow up call the next day to confirm I was happy with the installation and to ask if I had another other questions.
I would highly recommend Alligator to anybody for AC Installations, the process followed by the whole team made the Installation totally hassle free.

Good job well done
They arrived on time and were very polite and helpful, before the started any work they put dust covers down. The job was completed quicker than expected and they were very patient explaining how the unit worked. Would definitely use again.
