Good price and easy enough to finalise. Especially happy to get documents posted to me.

Over a month ago I had work done @ my property that had been approved as being covered by insurance. Myself and the company that did the work contacted Allianz over a month ago. They didn't reply. I called and somebody apologised and guaranteed that if we were to email him he would sort it. I emailed immediately. Have had no reply. Chased. Had no reply. Emailed their customer support over a week ago. Again no reply. Appalling and unfair on the company that have completed the work and have had no update on when they will be paid.

I don’t know if I’ve paid on not. You confirm that I’ve not auto renewed but you say you will take payment next year. I just want to look at my renewal in detail and then pay. It’s frustrating

Absolutely fantastic service. I changed my car over mid term and it took minutes and cost just pence extra. I was ready for it to take forever and to be stung by fees and it was a breath of fresh air for it to be so easy and painless. I would 100% recommend Allianz to others

So Allianz cancelled my insurance even though i paid well before the deadline.
The deadline was well before the deadline on 24/7/26.
Time was 23:59 on 24/7/26 and I paid at 13:24 on 24/7/26. Tried 4 hours to speak to a human being on the Allianz chat..which is disgusting!! And basically told me tough you haven't paid. Even though I sent proof which clearly showed that I had! Isaid I could make another payment but they couldn't guarantee that would stop the cancelletion. I wasn't prepared to lose another £105.61. This has caused me nothing but stress as i cannot work because I need my car and now losing even more money. Allianz communication structure is horrendous. Can't talk to them on the phone. They will only communicate via email which can take 24hrs to get a response or their online chat. Which is terrible! Thank you Allianz for costing me my job! Spoke to Monzo who told me that it was never ring fenced the payment. It was a failure on behalf of Allianz that they never collected the payment. Can't drive my car! And has caused me that much stress tha I have taken a day off work today. Just to let you know I earn £160 a day so with all this happenening I have lost £320 in income. When it gets to over£550 I will get in touch with a debt collection agency and file a court order

Very easy to insure but couldn't pay on my chosen debit card for some reason
