Bad Roofing experience

I’ve asked to give a quote for changing the ridge tiles for the whole roof for dry system, his younger brother came to look at the job but couldn’t give me an estimate, the eldest brother sent me a quote by email for just short of £9000 more than 4 times than anyone else, he texted if I want clay, I’ve shown his young brother my next door neighbour and I said I would like the same as them which is concrete, it looks that the eldest brother sent a person that probably don’t know the business, or they just the most expensive in the business,
