From start to finish it was so easy. The office explained everything clearly, the guys were on time and kept us informed of arrival time. They delt with the problem with efficiency and care to make sure everything was up and running. All were very mindful of our elderly parent's well being too. Would definitely recommend.

From end to end the service was professional friendly and service was excellent. Mia the call centre agent was so lovely she walked my through the service what I would be receiving. The engineers that came round both were really lovely guys I can’t remember the other young man’s name but his partner was called Mehmet. They got to the job straightaway, they were professional and reassuring and I trusted what they were doing , they unblocked my blocked drain in no time , providing a clean and attention to detail service. I was really happy with the service they both provided me. I would definitely recommend this service. Thank you to Mia , Mehmet and his coworker for doing such a good and professional job.

Had both Severn Trent and Dyno Rod out to sort out a blockage. Neither managed to identify the issue.
Liam and his amazing team turned up when promised - gave me a fixed price quote (no hidden extras) identified the issue - arranged to get it sorted and then came back the following day to make good the drive.
An amazing team with a great work ethic - ‘Customer must be happy before we leave’.
A special shout out for the fab apprentice too.

I had water coming up through my…
I had water coming up through my kitchen floor and needed someone urgently. I called 24/7 Emergency Plumbers Norwich and spoke to Sam Godfrey, who was helpful and got someone arranged quickly.
Mateusz came round within a couple of hours, identified the problem and fixed the leak. He was professional, efficient and explained what was going on. Really relieved to have it sorted so quickly, especially as it could have caused a lot more damage if left.
No complaints at all — good communication, quick response and the issue was fixed the same day.

Swapped out a part, and gave me all the requested reports, invoices, and info needed to pass on my letting agent as requested! Would definitely recommend as was very knowledgeable and pleasant, knows what he’s doing and was fast! Answered any follow up questions I had and was great!
The people in the office we’re very clear about how this would go down and got me a great plumber in an emergency, very grateful, thank you!

AHR247 are a middle layer who take your money, listen to your needs and pass onto a 3rd party trades person
Ahr247 talked a good game and as I needed urgent help I didn't do normal due diligence, my mistake
Ahr247 told me the fixed price of the work I needed but when they sent a 3rd party trades person , the price went up and ahr247; did nothing as they already had my money
After being messed about by the trades person and after over £200 paid by me I had to cancel the trades person and start again. Ahr247 didn't follow up
Sorry , it didn't work for me.

Tried my own hand at changing a light fitting which ending up in the house loosing power to all the lights, rang up within the hour had a electrician Sam Scully turn up fix the issue quickly and efficiently, had all lights back with 10mins of Sam turning up, brilliant service would go to Sam again if I ever have electrical issue again

Called AHR on a Sunday afternoon at 4.00 pm in a panic as we had a problem with electrics constantly tripping out. Spoke with Alex who informed us that he would get someone out to us asap. Electrician Allen Evans turned up within the hour and sorted the problem for us. He was extremely helpful and new his stuff - he located the problem which we would never have found ourselves....a tack hammered in to a wall to hang a decorative plate which had hit an electric cable!. Brilliant work-left everything clean and tidy after repair - would most definitely use again.

Out of hours boiler repair
Excellent service to get a heating engineer the repair my parents boiler on a Saturday.
The whole experience was stress free.
From my conversation with Macy, who organised a heating engineer, the WhatsApp group set up for ease of communication, the speed of appointment notification ( within an hour ) and then the polite engineer who sorted the issue quickly and professionally.
