Harassment constantly messaging

Harassment constantly messaging, phoning emailing, these people will not leave me alone, relentlessly pestering me so im seeking legal advise as iv not given them permission and iv asked / told them to stop but they just don't listen

Poor communication

Poor communication. It seems they just do a complaint and wait for the insurance company to not respond so they can take their cut of the £25 inconvenience fee.

They are open about how to do it for free yourself. I am hoping that they take forward the complaint with the information I provided but annoying that they wait for 6 months before even asking for this.

Basically Our 1st Experience.

Basically didn't know anything about what could happen when a vehicle written off. As this was our 1st time. We were pleased with the smoothness the process took to handle. Although we didn't receive any of our personal belongings. The date was, 31 January 2025. 06-30am. M6 motorway Bamber Bridge, Preston.
