Constantly they update the software, which can be frustrating, means that it continues to be able to be used on sites that try to make it harder for you to capture their videos. I've used it lots and it is very reliable. Highly recommended!

Worked perfect but since 3 months the Spotify songs won't download..

The best. Already got my money back I would have spent on Spotify and now I’m just saving extra $.

I needed the software to download my spotify playlist to my mp3 player. Sadly, I couldn't get it to work. I couldn't work out what exactly the problem was, yet I'm still happy to give a four-star rating as I found the Allavsoft tech support super helpful and very responsive. They responded to my messages pretty much right away (on a weekend!) and tried their best to sort it out. When it became clear that something wasn't compatible, my subscription was refunded within days and no hassle.

Tried multiple times to convert specified files and the software refused to do it. Then tried to get a refund and they refused to honor it. Stay away! -- To update I tried for weeks to get a refund from them when I placed the order. And kept getting roadblocks every time. This was multiple years ago.

Works great, the only application I have found to download from Australian Free to air streaming services. The ability to download an entire series with one link is a great addition

The application will no longer update as it keeps giving me an error message "DeleteFile Failed; Code 5, Access is Denied." Two different emails were forwarded to their support and each time Allavsoft stated they would respond within a certain period. Nothing to date.

The problem has been resolved to my satisfaction.

Crashes on MacOs after start (after update). Before working fine. Support is responsive but doesn't get the problem

Very good Software. I use it 4 years ago. I recommend it.

Unfortunately after having this product for a few years I'm no longer able to convert Spotify songs to mp3. I've had issues in the past which have been resolved but after paying and renewing my license I'm not able to convert any Spotify files which is the sole reason I bought this product. I've sent an email to support and I haven't received a response.

This is the only program I could find where I could easily download videos from youtube of best quality and songs from spotify. Moreover it has a built in conversion tools that can be set on automatic basis, so that you just press download and then receive the files in format you need. That is actually more than needed for me. So strongly advise, the program is definitely worth its cost

Such a great software. I can't really stress enough on how it just made my life several times easier.
Now I can download full playlists almost effortlessly.
And their have a great customer service, replying quickly to customer emails.

I use this a lot and it's amazingly good.
Recently I asked for support and their support staff is quick and sort the issue out at once. Really impressive.

Smooth running Software ... and if something goes wrong, the support is very responsive!

Anytime there is an issue with the software the support team is quick to respond and has quick solutions so the software works perfectly!

I am on Windows 11. When I try to download a video from YouTube, the software asks me for a password in a pop-up window. It says, "Site: youtube" and under that it has a field for an email, and another field for a password.

How do we fix this?
