He never gets flustered or upset when changes are necessary or even with cancelled cruises. I enjoy talking with Patrick, I consider him a friend as well as our travel advisor. We have worked with Laura on the planning of many trips and have never been disappointed. Biggest challenge we presented to her was the planning for a European trip that involved our two daughters and families. We traveled to many locations and not one time did the logistics of pickup/transportation/hotels etc become an issue. As a family we still talk about this trip in June 2019, and how smooth everything went. That's why when we finally travel again, we will be coming back to hopefully Laura and for sure, All-Travel.

Paula planned some great trips pre-Covid and has been patient and helpful in juggling several major trips we had to cancel. She has worked to get us the best options on credits and rescheduling. She is always available and responsive. Her predecessor Victoria (retired) was the same. All Travel has earned my business and these 5 stars.
