Customer service is online only.NO phone #.Our box keeps buffering there answer is unplug for 10 seconds. No refund available.

Was great at first, but now service is non existent, 5 days wait trying everything, but no fix set to factory, still not working, ask for advice, taking close to 12 hours for any response, really not worth it.

I’ve tried many companies, but Alibox is the best I’ve had. I’ve been with them for one year and haven’t had any issues. I highly recommend Alibox.

We have our choice of so many things to watch , it’s amazing . There is something for everyone and then some. The price is great too. Use Aliboxtv for a few years, service is very good nothing to complain bus its is streaming so someday I don't have Chanel or no sound but rarely this Will happen.

We have had Alibox for 8 months now. Great value, ease of using from a winter home to summer home, great customer service and so many options to watch! i would love the option of closed caption and have had a spot of concern with the favorites disappearing, but all in all, so happy we made the decision to subscribe.

We've been using alibox for a little less than a year. We've used different IPTV companies for years, switching out when they start going down or just not working great. So far alibox has been awesome, very easy to use, has lots of selection. And it's very easy to make payments and edit your account which is awesome! And customer service has been great so far.
