Sarah Hussain and Danni were both brilliant in handling the purchase of some land we have bought. Sarah had to deal with the seller’s solicitor being very slow. Sarah always responded straight away when I asked a question and Dani completed the transaction in Sarah’s absence. Great work really recommend them.

Sarah and Dani have been so helpful throughout the conveyancing process. Unfortunately we had a purchase of a property fall through right before completion and after waiting over 5 months our mortgage offer was due to expire. Luckily we found another property quite quickly but we’re quite concerned with the fact our mortgage offer expired in less than 6 weeks. However, Sarah & Dani did everything so quickly and efficiently they made it possible for us to complete before our mortgage offer expired saving us a lot of time and money! Couldn’t thank them enough for all their help and support throughout such a stressful process!

Really smooth and efficient service from start to finish. Had never used them before but glad I took a chance via a Google search. Would recommend Zoe in particular and the front of house team on reception.

Alexandra and her team were extremely efficient allowing our house purchase to run smoothly. As this was our first house we were very unsure of the process however, Alexandra was always helpful and knowledgeable about the process. She was willing to answer all of our questions always giving us a quick and informative response. The team were also great to deal with always greeting us and giving us advice about the documents we had to complete. We always received a prompt response whenever we asked a question. If we ever move again we will definitely be using Alfred Newton again!

I needed to use Alfred Newton for a family matter and as a company, they were great, the solicitor who handled my case Robert West was excellent especially as he picked up the matter after the original solicitor left the company.

From the outset Zoe provided excellent advice, information and support. She kept me fully updated on progress throughout the process and her and the team were always very pleasant in their manner and professional in their service.

Our Solicitor, Victoria Blomeley, pulled out all the stops in order for us to complete within an extremely tight deadline (suddenly imposed on us by the mortgage provider due to current market issues). Victoria was always on hand to answer queries and constantly kept us up to date and chased other parties to ensure we completed on time.
We are the first (and so far, only) to complete on our development, within the deadline which has saved us thousands of pounds in interest as the mortgage company had to honour our offered rate.
