The communication throughout was excellent. Our queries always had replies within 24-48 hours of asking. Neave always did her best best to help with any enquirie, Helen explained things in an appropriate way helping our understanding. Holly was very thorough with her work, all reports were clear and concise. All of which made the experience (all-be-it long in our circumstance, not alfred newtons fault) very easy and comfortable.

They quickly sorted a complex problem for me as executor of a will after the previous solicitor had taken 7 years and failed. I then decided to rewrite my own Will a couple of years later because of that experience and once again the professionalism was excellent as well as being very understanding of what I wanted.

Your usual reply is that you believe I was never a client of your company,I’m sorry to disappoint you with your lame response but I was indeed a client and can confirm your company was USLESS and beyond incompetent.
