Ich habe insgesamt vier Stück dieser Vape bestellt, aber leider war eine davon defekt. Der Support hat mir zugesichert, eine Ersatzvape zu schicken, ohne dass ich etwas unternehmen muss. Auf diese E-Mail erhielt ich nur einmal eine Antwort, und bis heute habe ich keine Ersatzvape bekommen. Ich habe den Support danach noch dreimal kontaktiert, aber leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Sehr enttäuschender Service!
