I finally bought my dream car! Audi A5! Omg, after having such an awful experience with car dealerships, I finally stumbled across this gem! Andy, Steve and Dave! They all carried themselves so well; respect, honesty and integrity on point.

My trusty Termo Samsonite hard shell suitcase lost a wheel at Gatwick last week having served me well over hundreds of thousands of miles & many many trips Worldwide .

Although a bit battle worn I felt I should try & source a part for my old travel companion.

Having considered various generic luggage spares I came across Aldridges' website & managed to quickly work out my Samsonite model & the appropriate wheel unit for DIY replacement.

The part was very reasonably priced & the ordering & dispatch process slick with even a handwritten note from Jonny A . enclosed .

My wife’s Samsonite Spinner suitcase suffered a hinge failure and I made contact with Jonny Aldridge via the number given for enquiries . We discussed the issue and I sent him photographs to enable correct model identification which he did . I ordered immediately via the company website he’d given me and it was a seamless transaction the components arriving to my home address the following morning . Superb communication , the replacement package arrived and was fitted my myself within 24 hours of making contact . A 5* experience and I highly recommend this company , thanks Jonny .

Arriving back to a broken retracted handle courtesy of BA, I looked at the site on Saturday afternoon. The website is really clear and guides you through the Samsonite range to the correct part easily. By Tuesday lunchtime I had the replacement part with a hand written thank you card. Top notch service. I heartily recommend.

More than 35-years ago when I started to travel, I realized all aircrew had Samsonite oyster luggage.
I therefore bought a cabin case and 2 different size suitcases in Dubai around 1994, all which can be stored like Russian dolls. I still take around 100 flights per year, and on two occasions only, I have been devastated when locks and catches have been damages in transit. Aldridge's came to the rescue!! They identified my luggage types and swiftly supplied the spare parts on both occasions. Great service, and my luggage will still be working long after I am, (as long as Aldridge's stay around).

Perfect service ! Over many years we have ordered spare parts, wheels, locks etc for various Samsonite suitcases and the service has always been excellent. Aldridges are brilliant! I had a broken wheel on my old Samsonite spinner and wasn’t able to find a replacement anywhere. I've sent an inquiry using the form on the website, Jonny reached out and sent me an exact replacement within just two days. No need to spend £££ on a new spinner!

Tried to get spare parts (not an easy task) from Samsonite for our cabin bag and suitcase, and to my dismay they had been discontinued. Decided to contact ALDRIDGES as a last resource, and the experience couldn't have been better. Personalised customer service, competitive prices, and timely delivery. Distinguished family business that we will keep recommending. Many thanks for giving our suit case and cabin bag a second life.

Brilliant service! I had lost a wheel on my Samsonite case in transit and thought it was unrepairable. However, the replacement part arrived quickly and was incredibly easy to replace myself.

Absolutely thrilled. I purchased 2 replacement hinges for my Samsonite Lite Shock suitcase. They were shipped next day, arrived the day after that and had tracking. Really easy to fit and a tiny fraction of the cost of sending the case off for repair via Samsonite.

Such a brilliant company! I was going to throw away two Samsonite suitcases with missing spinner wheels but decided to give Aldriges a try and they pulled through. Delivery was fast as well. I definitely recommend them if you need any Samsonite parts!

Top notch service

I managed to break a hinge on my 10 year old Samsonite cabin case. I was resigned to throwing the case away as nothing these days seems intended to be repaired, only replaced, but I then stumbled across the Aldrige's website selling genuine Samsonite replacement hinges.

My email to Aldriges asking for help in identifying the broken hinge was replied to by return. I ordered a pair of replacement hinges for 30 quid, which turned up very promptly with a hand-written note from Jonny Aldridge. The parts were pukka Samsonite ones and were easily fitted in just a few minutes. The Firelite cabin case is repaired and ready for another 10+ years of service.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service and the result. This level of service is rare in this day and age.

Had to buy a replacement wheel for a pretty new and pricy Samsonite case. Wasn't getting very far with the Samsonite website and stumbled across Aldridge's from which it's possible to buy just the one wheel.

The wheel cost £30 and arrived 3 days after ordering, with a little handwritten note from Jonny, which was nice to see.

Was easy to install, and fitted very well, once we had figured out what screwdriver to use (our Ring doorbell one worked perfectly).

I ordered replacement hinges for my Samsonite case on Saturday and the parts arrived today, Tuesday. In today’s online retail shopping, the service and efficiency has been refreshing. If only all businesses were as good as Aldridge’s, life would be a lot less stressful.

I have dealt with Aldridges before for Samsonite luggage hinges. Jonny at Aldridges is what we all hope for when dealing with a company’s Customer Services. The customer service is excellent, very helpful and personable and delivery was within 48 hours.

After collecting my large Samsonite luggage at the airport, I found out one wheel was missing. I was fuming as my luggage is relatively new. Samsonite doesn’t provide wheel replacement for this model, nor Amazon and I was already looking for a new luggage. But thanks to the internet I found Aldridge’s. The wheel was on their website, with clear instructions for the purchase (all the four wheel are made differently in this model). After two days, my package arrived and my luggage is now as good as new.
I couldn’t believe it was so easy!

I thoughts that they were genuine parts from Samsonite but they are not. Only two screws would tightened correctly out of the four, so I think I should take this as a temporary solution.
Quite expensive for what they are. Delivery was fast.

Visited Aldridges to get a wheel and lock fixed on my samsonite suitcases. Jonny was great, had the parts in stock and fixed whilst I waited.
