Aldo shoes store Eaton Centre Toronto

Aldo shoes store Eaton Centre in Toronto has the lousiest customer service. I was attended to by an associate (for description purposes only-he’s Caribbean with long dreadlocks) asking him about two shoes sizes irritates him, he begins speaking to me in ‘capitation’, he described me as not listening. He failed in his basic duty to create me excellent customer experience. I called another staff who was worse. I worked out. This happened today March 16, at around 5pm.

Thiefs!!!!

Thiefs!!!!! Bought some sandals in August 2025. I was notified via email to pick them up in store but I had an emergency and had to live the town for a couple of weeks then I forgot. When I remembered I checked my account to see if they refunded me since I didn’t pick up the order. No refund so I called. They say I will receive my $ in 5 busines days. Later, I received an email satung that no refund will be made since I didn’t pick up rhe order in 30 days. Excuse me???? This is called STEALING!!!!!

Disappointed with product quality and customer service

I Purchased Aurabelle shoes online on 25 January 2026. After only two days of normal wear, the shoes became extremely uncomfortable due to the internal material and construction, to the point that I could not wear them for work.
I contacted customer service within 30 days to request a refund, but this was refused because the shoes had been worn outside. I would not expect a new pair of shoes to become unwearable after such minimal use.
I would still welcome a fair resolution

Title: Refund Not Processed Despite Successful Return – Extremely Disappointing


I am extremely disappointed with ALDO’s refund handling process.

Reverse pickup for Order No. AL00326077 was successfully completed on 20 January 2026. Video proof was shared with their team well in advance. Despite multiple follow-ups and a committed 48-hour verification timeline, no refund has been initiated.

There has been absolutely no pending action from my end. The delay is completely unjustified and highly unprofessional.

Customers should not have to chase brands for their own money after complying with every requirement.

Unless resolved immediately, I will proceed with formal escalation through consumer authorities.

Very poor post-sales service.

It was my dream to get an Aldo bag

It was my dream to get an Aldo bag. This was my first-ever shopping from Aldo. When I received my parcel, it wasn't well packed and the bag was badly scratched. The brand charged me 4 pounds for the return, and I had to cover the shipping cost to the store, which is very difficult for me. It feels like all my money got wasted. It's disappointing when a brand doesn't meet our expectations, especially when it's something we've been looking forward to. 😞

Sizing

I really liked these boots I saw online and ordered them. I couldn't want to receive them. Once received, I tried them on but they could hardly fit over my leg/knee - I am not a big girl. Then I still have to oay £4 to return the boots due to their fault. Not impressed, honestly thought Aldo was a better brand.

No refund

Checked aldo returns and it says you can return 60 days. Did the order from a Uk website but then later realised the returns process is different from UK. If you order anything before 29 feb you cannot get a refund unless faulty

The shoe sizes does not fit me and because I made the order before 29/02/24 they aren’t accepting the refund. I wasted over £100 on shoes that now are completely useless and cannot wear them. I’m still trying to get a refund. Over £100 wasted is nothing less . I’m already worried about my financial situation and now they are telling me I cannot get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and unfair . Why does the return process work differently in America . the website tricked me.

After only being worn a few Faulty Materialtimes the…

After only being worn a few times the material cracked, bubbled and peeled. Aldo won’t replace or refund because I’ve had them over six months. On the site now the same boots are greatly reduced with a warning maybe flaws in the material. Definitely faulty and not fit for purpose. Will never buy from Aldo again.

Worst quality and customer service ever

I am feeling bad that I had to put one star I would give them negative stars if I could

Worst customer service ever
Really bad quality

I bough the shoes and the leather started to peel after only wearing them once. I visited the store they confirmed that I should be eligible for replacement or refund but since I bough them online I need the online customer service to process my request.

I contacted them and they said they wont offer a replacement or refund not even a repair for the shoes.

Never buy from Aldo it is a waste of money!

Very bad experience with ALDO

Very bad experience with ALDO. My friend bought a shoe, walked out in the mall and got a shoe bite. On coming back to the store to return within 10 minutes after purchase, they wouldn't accept the return claiming it has been worn. This was at one of their Toronto Store

WARNING: DON'T SHOP AT ALDO, YOU'LL END UP BEING DISSAPOINTED

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON ALDO WEBSITE, THEY ARE SCAMMING LIARS ON PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

They show lying fake false message on product availability for handbags, lying saying "sold out" when none of there bags sell out because nobody even buys there bags. There a dam lie to say such bs false advertising messages. Live chat doesn't care to help you with anything and they make up lies to tell cause people on live chat don't know anything. And calling customer service doesn't help either because they also don't know anything and are unhelpful and rude and uncaring too.

And with all these bad reviews that they have, ain't nobody buying none of there bags or anything from them. There handbags definently don't sell out, so all nothing but fake lying bs they show on there website. Nobody buys bags from them. Also when you shop in there stores, you hardly ever even see any people shopping at aldo in general because nobody wants anything from them because there stuff sucks and it's trash bad quality. And you definently don't see no one buying handbags from them.


Also, there bags are bad terrible quality, with how expensive they are, nobody buying them and they aren't good quality either.

That's why they got all these bad reviews cause nobody shops there.

ALSO DON'T SHOP IN THERE STORES EITHER, THEY TOO LAZY TO CHECK ANYTHING AND THEY ALSO LIE ABOUT PRODUCT AVAILABILITY TOO AND THEY HAVE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STORES TO.

I bought Sunday 24th of September a pair of patent black shoes in Uxbridge. The customer advisor a young lady was very kind and gave a lot of information about the shoes. Unfortunately the manager is not a nice person is really rude with an intolerant behaviour and attitude

Poor shoes quality

I bought Aldo flat shoes in beginning of June. The soles of both shoes just peeled off within 2months, even not wearing them everyday. I had a pair of shoes from Aldo that I bought 3years ago and I was happy with quality, but this time I’m very disappointed and won’t go to buy anything again. Even staff members in Aldo Westfield Stratford were very rude. It’s not worth to waste big amount of money for these type of shoes! Stay away from this company!
