My wife bought a dress from that place
My wife bought a dress from that place, she returned it and they won't refund her, it's fraud. I bought my dress from them, and at the time of purchase, they promised that if the dress wasn’t to my liking, I would be eligible for a refund. It’s been about four months now, and I still haven’t received anything — no refund at all.
I’ve had to chase them constantly, and they keep giving me different dates every time.
I even contacted my bank, and they’ve opened an investigation, but it’s a long and frustrating process.
Honestly, I do not recommend buying from them — terrible customer service and no professionalism whatsoever.

I bought a dress from them and returned it because it was damaged. It's been more than 30 days and I still haven't received my money back! They don't answer phones or emails anymore, the court beeing the only option!
Be careful!
Later edit: Indeed, they did refund my money! This happened only after I repeatedly called them for an entire evening. Even though the money was returned, I still stand by my opinion: I do not recommend them! (The process was very slowly and they for sure didn’t want to do that refund)
