My custom dress arrived faulty.
I contacted the team immediately and they confirmed that it was eligible for a refund due to them providing a faulty product. It has taken 4 weeks for their team to being the refund process. They have now said I am not eligible for refund due to their “policies” even though their policy says:
“If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.”
Albina Dyla has violated the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
They have provided terrible customer service and are breaking the law.

Amazing quality dress and great customer service
The team at Albinadyla was great. My dress was amazing and made very well , all the details and pieces were made to perfection! Even when I had questions about sizing, Hana on the team answered them all and was very patient and kind with me. This review is based entirely on my experience with Albina Dyla as a company, because I have not yet received the dress — but their customer service alone deserves recognition.
From the moment I reached out, Genita responded immediately and with so much kindness. Their standard delivery window is 15–30 days, yet when I explained I needed the dress within 10 days, they didn’t hesitate to help. They kept me updated throughout the process, sent photos and a video as soon as the dress was completed, and communicated every detail with such professionalism and warmth.
When my shipment experienced an unexpected customs delay in Tennessee, I asked them for the commercial invoice — they sent it to me almost instantly. Their responsiveness, compassion, and prompt handling of every step has genuinely impressed me.
Albina Dyla (and Genita specifically) has shown:
• exceptional communication
• fast and thoughtful service
• real care for their clients
• patience and professionalism throughout a stressful situation

BEWARE!!!!! I ordered a dress, they sent a video and it was NOTHING like the dress in the pics on the online shop. I told them to not send it and to refund me. They sent it anyways, it arrived… Was so cheaply made, stitching coming undone! They sent me a return label, I returned it. The website says 30 days return. They didn’t refund me, AND they have the dress I paid for.. I literally got scammed. They have completely gone dark and have not responded to any of my messages.
I never write reviews, I’m doing so in hopes that future ppl read these and do not get scammed out of hundreds of dollars like me.
