Absolutely amazing service, incredible quality and dazzling jewels. My engagement ring is out of this world thanks to the team at Alan Bick. They helped my fiancé create the perfect, unique treasure. The aftercare has also been top class too, from cleaning to repairs. I couldn’t them recommend more. Ours jeweller for life!

Myself and partner picked up our wedding rings yesterday and as expected they were prefect. My partner Rob has to have his ring made a touch smaller. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was 10/10. I had my engagement ring made by Meir and would never go anywhere else. Great service, knowledgeable jewellers. I was made aware of Alan Bick at work, and when I went along Matt was very welcoming and discussed options for an eternity ring for my wife. We discussed a bespoke style ring to suit what my wife was after. Matt valued the ring and provided me a very reasonable price, a lot cheaper than I got when asking for the same spec at a high street store. In fact Matt quoted me under a quarter of the price i was being offered on the high street. We have the ring now and fits and looks lovely on the wife's finger. She is very pleased with it. Will definitely use Alan Bick again, next time I treat the wife.

You need look no further than Alan Bick and his brilliant colleagues (Matt & Meir) for any jewelry requirements. I had my original engagement ring reset with two extra diamonds inserted and the whole experience was handled so professionally. Nothing was any problem and every detail was noted and acted on. Meir said "trust me, it will be perfect" and it truly was.

These guys are absolutely brilliant especially Meir who I dealt with. From the initial meeting to resizing after I proposed they can’t do enough for you! I thoroughly recommend them.

From the first point of contact to delivery of the ring they were helpful, supportive and understanding. The end result was a truly stunning and individual ring. I was introduced to Alan Bick by a colleague who had highly recommend them.
I visited looking for an engagement ring .The process was easy, professional, relaxing and all were polite and welcoming. I looked a various sample rings and decided on various different ideas from a mixture of the rings which made a unique personal engagement ring. I request gold and a sapphire different to usual silver and diamonds. Matt was able to understand what exactly I wanted and asured me that nothing was asking for too much. He took details of my chosen design and we set a date for the ring to be ready.

The ring was made a Meir informed me the ring was ready to collect. On visiting to collect my ring I was over the moon with the engagement ring, it looks stunning and exactly what I was asking for. Matt was there and reassured me that if the ring wasn't right with my partner they could amend as needed (should my partner not like it) that wasn't needed she loved it. Said she couldn't have chosen better and it was exactly as she would have wanted with gold and sapphire.

I highlyrecommended Alan Bick. Relaxing, professional experience. Never pressing for decisions or money. I will definitely be returning for our wedding bands and any friends or family members requiring jewellery I would send them to Alan Bick.

I had both my engagement ring and wedding ring made by Alan Bick. The quality, attention to detail and amazing standard of the workmanship is fantastic. The customer service is equally brilliant and I have already recommended this shop to my friends and family. I am grateful for the speed at which the items have been made, i had my engagement ring adjusted twice, both times the ring was returned quickly and it was never too much trouble to do. I highly recommend Alan Bick.

Earlier this week we made our third visit to Alan Bick. Our first visit was 7 years ago to buy my engagement ring. Matt dealt with us on that occasion resulting in a stunning diamond ring which frequently receives compliments on its unusual design and beautiful diamonds. We went back 2 years later for our wedding bands.

This week Meir dealt with us immediately recognising my engagement ring from 7 years ago saying how beautiful it was, remembering the unusual design. He was very helpful professional and friendly resulting in the purchase of a diamond eternity ring which I am sure will be as gorgeous as the other two rings.
If you want a personal honest and professional service resulting in a bespoke piece of jewellery don't hesitate to call Alan Bick.

Matt was friendly, helpful and always fast to reply to my queries. This was very helpful due to the different time zones and the many questions I had. The resulting ring was exactly what I requested, using the best looking metal and stones. I'm very happy with the service I received as well as the superb ring and price. I highly recommend this company to others.

Ring wasn't ready after travelling into London to pick up. Asked me to come back the next week even though I was getting married a few days later. I said no, so they told me to come back later and they would try to have it ready. When I finally got into the office later that day, Alan was very rude and sarcastic. He said that my engagement ring was dirty and asked if I had ever heard of cleaning products and then asked if I even knew what a toothbrush was!! Like most normal brides I was waiting until the day before my wedding to clean it! I left very upset, this is not how you treat someone before their wedding day after they bought all their rings from you!

These guys give you police discount, a complete joke. I had a few places to visit along the same day as going to Alan Bick. I had previously gone to other diamond jewellers. Being in the diamond business previous i have an extent of knowledge. I was greeted by Matt and all was dandy till Alan showed up and made myself and my partner feel like we dont belong there. we were told "we serve 20 officers a week, go to work and ask, they will all say they bought from us.". They tried to sell me a diamond not what i wanted even though i was trying to explain what i wanted... I was told we can make the ring for you right now, because they had a diamond in stock again not the one i wanted. Allot of pressurizing and hard selling. It made my partner and myself feel very awkward.
Matt printed a GIA cert and said we can get this and make it for you no one else will be able to we have gia diamonds only. I took this info and went elsewhere where the other company printed the same cert and said we can get this for you and even gave a better price than Alan Bick, without knowing the discount price quoted... So as for police discount, the other company don't give those discounts but were far more cheaper, were not pushy nor hard selling and gave more than what Alan Bick would offer.
Therefore I do not recommend Alan Bick, sorry, forcing people to buy your diamonds and treating them like rubbish is not how you make a sale. Made me feel like i was stupid being there like i knew nothing, trying to sell me what i did not want and being rude and pushy, Although Matt was ok he wasn't pushy, Alan was.
