Bought my engagement ring from Alan Bick. Fiancé said it was ‘perfect’. Matt was very friendly and helpful and I went away very satisfied.

I needed a valuation of my engagement ring for my insurer. Meir and the team were great at communicating online and offered an appointment for the same day. On arriving at their office they were professional, efficient and provided everything required. I would be happy to recommend.

My wife and i have been using Alan Bick jewellers for 15 years, Alan made my wife's engagement ring after i went into his office, with my picture of an emerald cut ring and idea of a budget all those years ago. He made a most beautiful ring and still my wife gets compliments on it. He went on to make our wedding bands also. We still only go to Alan but deal with Matt Bick. He has made a snowman diamond necklace and recently a platinum and diamond tennis bracelet, all stunning and affordable. As the last one is this years Christmas present, she doesn't know yet, but i know what her reaction will be already. All of the jewellery is made by hand in London and is stunning. We were able to make an appointment at short notice, after an impromptu engagement. They let us take our time looking at the rings and picking what worked best for us. The ring is great and exactly what my fiance wanted. Great service.

The ring also needed repair; this was done quickly at a very reasonable rate and it was returned polished like new.

I entered into conversations with Matt last year to upgrade my wife's engagement to an eternity ring as a 25 year anniversary gift. Not only did Matt entirely understand what we wanted, the speed at which he delivered an incredible product was quite frankly amazing. My wife loved her new ring and it was made that much more special by the very professional yet friendly approach by Matt.

A year later and we decided to upgrade my wife initial wedding ring, in order to match the new eternity ring.
Once again Matt was incredible. Through several phone calls, Matt sourced Exactly what we wanted and sent it via a next day courier in order that my wife could wear it to a very special occasion.

Needless to say the rings look incredible, my wife is over the moon, and I cannot recommend Matts manner in the way that he delivers on everything he says. He is a fantastic person and I wouldn't hesitate to send my loved ones to him as I know they would be in excellent hands.

Following the passing of my Dad, Abbie was wonderful in helping with a pair of cufflinks. She went over and beyond checking whether they were the gem that my Dad thought they were. Unfortunately, they were not, but Abbie gave me the news with understanding and support knowing that I was still very emotional.
She reshaped a ring for me at the same time and didn't charge me, thank you so much.
If ever I am in the fortunate position to want a piece of jewellery, I would use Alan Bick without a thought.

The service provided by Matt Bick was exceptional! Very knowledgable and I had an idea in my head of how I wanted my fiancés engagement ring to look like and he blew it out the park, exceeded my expectations. Can’t recommend these guys enough, I contacted them regarding a design I dreamed up in my head of a diamond & platinum necklace for my wife to celebrate are tenth wedding anniversary and they more than surpassed my expectations with their bespoke service, it took a bit of back and forth to get the perfect design and size but that was down to both parties wanting it to be perfect, the build quality and finish of the necklace is amazing, I have one very happy wife,
I have used Alan Bick on numerous occasions over the years for off the shelf jewellery and have always been very happy, this is the first time I’ve had something bespoke made but the service and quality is just as good as ever.
