Super impressive onboarding + support. Shoutout to Jeson. Like a personal productivity coach! Highly recommend for anyone who's guilty of chronic overcommitment.

If you are a busy person dealing with multiple projects, clients, and lectures, Akiflow is a lifesaver. You can collect all tasks from different tools in one place, block your time with time slots, and start and close your day quickly by reviewing your tasks.

Also, the support is the best in the market, IMHO. They're friendly and reply blazing fast.

Very responsive customer support. I was a pretty annoying customer, but Jeson helped me with any issue I had.

Example: There was a bug on one of the pages. I told John, and it was fixed overnight.

It's a young company that is on track to becoming the superhuman of task management. Dont drop the ball lads !!!

I have been using it for 5 years, and with the latest introduction of AI (auto-add projects and chatbot), it's much more powerful! It keeps improving and the UX is just great.

As a freelancer, Akiflow has been such a great way to get a 360-degree view of all the work I need to do in one place across various PM platforms. I had a lovely (free) onboarding call which was really helpful.

Super stoked about this product! John V. did an amazing job of getting me up and running and was able to expertly answer all my questions.

Awful customer service, trialled product and intended to try a monthly subscription, they have instead charged me for a year. This produce is no good for my needs, I have not used it nor will I yet they will not offer any refund or assistance Be very wary they just take your money

Can’t access anything without my laptop

Literally has destroyed a very important day with many deadlines

Beta App doesn’t work, won’t let me log in

And web application is asking for me to start by paying month to month with a free trial when I try access my aki flow calendar ?

But at the same time… in my billing says I have 90 days left? And can download the beta app when you can only do that as a registered customer.

So so disappointed

Been a customer for over a year now…..

They have really bad customer services. They dont reply emails. They dont have cancellation policy. Eve they dont apply the policy it is written on their website. A productivity app wastes time.
