Akiflow is the best tool for…
Akiflow is the best tool for productivity!
I've been using it since last year and it was a game changer for managing my tasks and schedule.
If my tasks are not in my calendar with a slot to be done, it probably won't.
And their support team is great! Shoutout to John that quickly resolved my issue the last time :)

Great Task Manager with Exceptional Support
I've been using Akiflow for several months now, and it has truly improved how I organize my work. Having tasks and calendar integrated in one app saves me a lot of time.
Recently, I had an issue with recurring tasks that affected my daily routine. What impressed me most was how they handled it: Peache from the support team responded quickly, kept me informed, and solved the problem in a short time. They even offered compensation for the inconvenience.
It's hard to find apps with good technical support these days, and that makes all the difference. I definitely recommend Akiflow to anyone looking to get better organized without complications.

Akiflow is very intuitive, and feel very natural to use.

Overpriced and terrible service
Be warned, I have had integration issues (constant disconnecting of integrations) since the first week, which despite multiple messages via their help desk, they have not been able to fix, when trying to cancel the service, I am being ignored both by the helpdesk and via email, I wish i had done my research because it seems they do this a lot to people. Not worth the price and really poor service.

I've been using Akiflow to streamline my workflow, and it's been a very effective productivity tool. The ability to integrate multiple platforms and organize tasks efficiently has helped me manage my time better. The time-blocking features, intuitive interface, and seamless calendar integration make it a solid choice for those looking to structure their schedules more effectively.
I also want to mention the helpful support I received from Peache. When I reached out with a question, the response was quick and clear, making the process much smoother. Having reliable customer support adds to the overall positive experience.
For those looking for a well-designed productivity tool with strong task and calendar management features, Akiflow is definitely worth considering.

Using Akiflow for RPM by Tony Robbins
I’ve been in Akiflow since October. I used the masterclass webinars to get settled in The ability to connect all my commitments in a synchronized app that easily allows visibility and quick changes that flow back out to the systems I use is a game changer.
I worked through my setup in a call with John in the customer success group that was very helpful.
I’m incorporating a lot of Tony Robbins RPM (Rapid Planning Method) in the tool using tags or project “sections” and slot times to assemble tasks in logical blocks of time. The new rituals for weekly planning further facilitate this use, allowing reflection and planning. I use sub-sections of projects for RPM.
I really like that Akiflow is iterating thoughtfully and steadily. Looking forward to what’s next.

Great innovative product
Great innovative product, but for me, right now, it does not quite have the capabilities that I am seeking, although I have no doubt that they will come - so, I will definitely be watching. Jayrich, who took me through an intro session, was very impressive.

A true todo planner
Look, it's expensive... But the service is definitely premium. It's not as easy as you think to get a todo list that really just works and has about everything.
They also update and add features regularly. Had a concern and Peache sorted it right out. Seems like a great company!

None responsive
The app used to work decent; there were/ are hiccups, but now the app doesn't sync to the to-do list, and it wants me to manually put them in. The notifying tab doesn't go away, so if you are working on a page and need to access the top right corner, the notification tab is blocking a sector of your page, and you can't get it off the page. I reached out 10 days ago for help, and still no fix; they communicate pretty much one message a day on weekdays and do not fix the issues at hand.

Best productivity app I've used
I've tried so many productivity apps to help me manage my tasks and time in a way that actually sticks and this is the first app I've used that hasn't made me want to reach for a pen and paper or revert to old methods/apps. It's got great UX, capabilities and customer support and it's made me wayyyy more productive in just 1 week.

Akiflow lives in my (first) brain rent free
I'm as far from being a productivity enthusiast as possible. I deal with dozens of tasks on a daily basis. I stumbled on Akiflow by accident and it's like somebody read my mind and built the perfect planning, scheduling, time-blocking, prioritizing and followup-ing tool for me. I'm hooked and can report my first full week of using Akiflow has been my most productive in a long while. I signed up for the annual pro plan without a second thought.

Best In Class. Hands Down.
I’ve been in the software product development space for ages now and I can tell you with certainty, it’s not often that one receives updates from customer service regarding bug reports; this is the norm at Akiflow. Just this morning, Jeson informed me that the bug I reported has been fixed and will be included in the latest update. Thanks Jeson!
But he’s not alone. Jayrich and John have also asked me follow up questions regarding bug reporting and they all regularly check-in with me. What a high company standard Akiflow has set!
I had to see what some of the one-star reviews on Trust Pilot are all about. I see fakes and grumpy newbs everywhere! DISREGARD the haters.
Complaining about things not working is one thing (usually the error is sitting between the chair and the keyboard) but this is the world of software where bugs are commonplace. How dev and cs teams communicate and report said bugs is where AkiFlow’s culture really shines through.
I love the product and don’t have time to share why it is truly the best daily planning integrator on the planet. But I will say, if you are a freelancer or consultant and you use Jira at one company, Asana at another, Notion for documentation at one and another company that treats Slack as their never-ending backlog you must personally invest in Akiflow for your sanity. Lest I fail yo mention this Mama has kid school calendars and 3 instances of Gmail connected to Akiflow. My husband raves about it. I rave about it. If you don’t like it you probably need a simple to-do app. Akiflow is for productivity power users.
If Akiflow were to disappear I would enter a period of mourning followed by complete and utter panic and I would likely go back to a large format paper journal/ calendar combo because at least then I could “integrate” tasks how I saw fit. Please don’t go away. Ever.

I've used SOOO many productivity apps
I've used SOOO many productivity apps, and none of them have worked for me except for Akiflow. The ability to time block, organize my life into areas, and most importantly the daily/weekly shutdown and planning routines are amazing. The cleanness of the design and the ability to see my task/project list and calendar at the same time and drag things into the calendar are also great features. Support (John and Jason!) has been super fast, helpful, and friendly. I'm absolutely loving this program!

Astoundingly useful.
This product is just incredible. I dare you to use it for a few days, then go back to a normal calendar. Good luck with that!
Akiflow means I can have my events, todo items, meetings and calls in one place.
The difference it makes is quite incredible.
Great product, great price, reliable and well-designed.
Oh and their support is excellent too. A special mention to Jeson who not only solved my issue in minutes, but was also gracious enough not to point out that it was my fault!
It's just a really good product all-round.
Oh and I've extensively used Sunsama, Motion, Amie, Google Calendar and more. This was the one I settled on.

Great follow-up by Jeson!
Jeson repeatedly followed up to see if the issue was solved. The first fix was a partial solve, but when it still occasionally occurred he took me seriously and made sure the full fix was done.
