Easy to install, easy to use, easy to configure. The interface is user-friendly. Only with door sensor was not totally clear how to install and it also has 2 magnets. Not clear what to do with the second one.

They can make a replacement ,So this is what i did,Your response was that the keypad in question was not compatible to PD6662 A British standard ,after contacting the manufacturer they advised me this keypad requires firmware upgrade,
Now surely you as a product supplier knowing full well this keypad was on its way to be used in the Uk would have checked the firmware?not only does the keypad not work but you never sent out a external sounder with the kit i purchased. ,you as a company have not made any effort to resolve or as advised by the manufacturer AJAX to replace the keypad.What a shame your motivated by a sale instead of customer satisfaction and recommendation,

The order has been delayed, we have emailed you about this and we have chatted with you about this.
It is not true that we do nothing for customers. The customer is always number 1.
In France courier company ( colis prive ) has to deal with a DDOS attack. This can also be followed in the news. We cannot do anything about this.
It is annoying that your order has been delayed, it is best to wait. If nothing changes within 1 week, we will resend the package.
You have never lost your money. You are insured for that. But we are also insured for this.

I had ordered the DoorProtect, but after 2hours i still didnt receive help. I couldnt add the device to the app, because the QR code that was on the packaging was too short, so the app couldnt register the device, which meant i couldnt use the device. I want to return it
