After booking our Dubai Airport lounge and reading the available reviews of the company, I was quite worried it was all a scam.

The communication via WhatsApp was quick, but a bit unclear. I received a booking confirmation, but was told I still had to arrange a meeting with a company representative before going there.

But the day of the booking we were told to proceed to the lounge and present our booking confirmation. It worked perfect and we had a good experience.

You people have very professional personnel and cooperatve, in "all senario's of Airport issues". Thanks for all your assistance . I can not forget my experience of that night I was having a very bad health condition at Indiragandi Intl Airport , and your person was with me all the time till I board my flight. Start from entrance till the boarding gate I was attended very properly.

The complainant has utilized the services of this company on three separate occasions within the span of a month, specifically opting for the "greet and meet" service, for which a total sum exceeding 1500 USD was disbursed.

Regrettably, the service in question was not rendered as expected. Upon inquiring about the absence of the designated greeter, the company's representatives purportedly provided unsatisfactory explanations, consistently failing to meet the client's expectations. Furthermore, attempts to seek clarification from the support team were reportedly met with unresponsiveness, with the focus primarily centered on financial matters rather than addressing the concerns raised.

It has been alleged that the company in question retained the payment without providing the promised services and failed to initiate a refund process. In light of these circumstances, it is strongly recommended that individuals exercise caution when considering engaging with this particular company for service provision.

They are incredibly unprofessional ! We paid a service to take my mother in law from the gate that landed to the next gate, they went to the first gate , they let her alone in the bus and then nobody went to help her to the next gate. A passagem helped her. And even more (!!!) they never answered the phone or my inquiry to speak with them (!!!)

Better avoid this company, they took my money, then after almost 2 days they told me that they cannot confirm my order. Now I do not have time to find an alternative. Also not sure if I will take my money back, because I do not believe now anything they are saying.

My 15-year-old daughter's flight was delayed 3 hours from Houston to Frankfurt. The company was advised and wrote back, saying they could not fulfill the service due to the delay. I was charged as a no-show. I have no problem paying for a service I hire, but I find it ridiculous that they could not provide the service, but they were swift in keeping their payment—no flexibility with this company.

I recently used their service and I have to say, it was a great experience. The process was easy and straightforward, and I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the staff were throughout.
