Good customer service, prompt responses and helpful agent. They were able to customise my package as needed. There was a little misunderstanding about the hotel star rating but it was resolved through communication.
Unfortunately did not go ahead with it as my trip had to be cancelled, so cannot comment on the actual service but happy with the initial assistance. Allahumma baarik.

Excellent customer service. Marina was polite, professional and very friendly. She organised my birthday umrah trip perfectly. Ibrahim was beyond helpful in rearranging flights when the original airline cancelled flights.
Marina even checked in with me during my umrah trip to ensure everything was on track, she really made my birthday and trip special.
One driver didn’t turn up and Marina offered me a refund without me having to ask.
I like to be organised in advance, whilst I had all the documents a day in before the journey, I’d have preferred everything one week in advance, with all tickets and seat numbers etc. This is why I have given four instead of five stars. Nevertheless great service and highly recommend.
