My flight that I booked originally wasn't available but Ronny was very helpful and found an alternative for me

Ronny was helpful in assisting with a booking issue.

I booked a £300 flight to New York and the process seemed fine, I got a confirmation email and was able to check it with American Airlines.

However, after booking the flight, they called up and asked me to pay an extra £380 because it was 'required' that I paid for another luggage with my booking.

They cancelled the booking and didn't charge me, but calling and asking for double my original airfare for 'baggage' seemed highly suspicious.

I would highly recommend booking with someone else.

They called later to hike up my price. I missed out on better prices from other sites. Avoid it.

Samuel was really helpful in rescheduling my travel after my previous airline cancelled all their flights due to diplomatic reasons. I got new tickets for the same date in a different airline and Samuel's team was really helpful during the entire process.

AirfareNetwork representative Samuel was very responsive to the issues we faced due to the disruption in Saudi Air flights. He called back and e-mailed us promptly, keeping us up to date on the progress of our reservation. He dealt with the matter quickly with minimal effort from our end. Fantastic customer service!

I booked my tickets through air fare and somehow my tickets for cancelled due to Canada Saudia relationship but this team(Samuel) went above and beyond and offered me another flight. On the top,they were continuously updating me with the booking status

YES definitely . 5 star***** I want to recommend this company to everyone. This company's team is doing excellent job in regards to customer care an satisfaction. Due to the issues btwn Saudi and Canada all the flights were suspended but the airfare network company did all their best effort to provide an alternate tickets to their passengers. All the team is very good especlly their supervisor Samuel who stepped forward and helped us on priority basis. I would like to convey my thanks to Samuel and his team for putting extra efforts to help their customers. We will always be booking flights from this website now onwards.

Samuel was very helpful and went through a lot of trouble to get my flight moved from Saudi to Emirates due to the sudden cancellations. He had great customer service and very easy to reach/communicate with when I had questions. I am very thankful and would highly recommend!!

I am an International student and I was going back home after 1.5 years but my flight was cancelled from Canada and the only option I was getting a refund, but AirfareNetwork team fought with airlines for flight transfer and finally, they transferred me to Emirates. Their team was very supportive and very fast. Especially Samuel and Kim.

They charge too much for cancellation, i paid $1300 for a ticket and when i cancelled it they took $615 for cancellation and returned only $685. It is a total ripoff.
When i aksed they said it is taxes and 315 cancellation charge. That is a total waste of money.. i would never suggest anyone or travel with airfarenetwork ever. Its really garbage.

I want to thank Samuel for taking on my case to have my trip schedule changed when the airline company canceled my flight. I definitely felt he was making it a my needs a priority and having him on my side to have the airline grant my request. I appreciate the effort.

I CHOSE A SERIES OF FLIGHTS BECAUSE ONE CHECKED BAG WAS INCLUDED IN THE AIRFARE. I GOT MY FIRST ELECTRONIC TICKET. ALL GOOD. I ENDED UP GETTING THREE ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF MY TICKET - AND THE FINAL ONE SHOWED NO CHECKED BAGS INCLUDED. THE DISCREPANCY WAS CORRECTED BUT IF I HAD NOT NOTICED THE CHANGE IN WORDING FROM ONE VERSION TO ANOTHER, I WOULD HAVE FOUND MYSELF PAYING FOR CHECKED BAGS AT THE AIRPORTS. WATCH THE DETAILS!!!!!
